after hitting game start all it does is say game starting please wait after 6 + hour nothing

just spend 8 hours trying to get SBV to work i try everything. 'Whitelist game and laucher and xingcode' 'Microsoft Visual C++ runtimes and DirectX' 'Even compattlity windows 7 and xp' is there a official guide?
