I would avoid the dll file sites as most people cannot guarantee the safety of the file themselves. Taken from this thread though: ATL100.DLL Missing/Unable to Find Its recommended that these files are not downloaded from DLL sites unless you are 100% sure they are not infected or could not compromise your computer. Download them at your own risk. Note: 1 or more of these solutions may help. Not all of them may have to be done Try re-installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package here. If you have 64-bit operating system, check the box for both the x64 and x84 options. Make sure it's not in your recycling bin, if it is, restore it Run an antivirus scan of your system. This checks if a virus is blocking its path Un-install and re-install SBV Check to make sure all drivers are up to date and all updates from Windows are installed. In most Window's update (before Windows 8), they will include a replacement and updated ATL100.DLL file

As Herakles mentioned, de-leveling is possible if you're referring to Scarlet Blade, but we only allow for 39 and under to make use of this service.

I've updated the post with the new link, but it still is available for both x86 and x64. You just have to check the box for it once you select download. They're just no longer separate links.

Is there any error that appears as well? Make sure the launcher is also running as admin, and if you have the game downloaded in your C Drive, not to have it installed in one of the Program Files folders. It could be stopping due to a permissions error and being unable to overwrite or modify the files it needs to.

I actually went looking for this video before I realized it was Season of Love. We're giving it till this next NB - if it doesn't sort itself out then, then we'll do a quick maintenance to fix it.
