Wait, so if I'm reading this correctly, you're suggesting just to add additional daily quests for people to be able to do? As for the Ellis quests, the amount of high levels and over geared people doing it will slow down when the cap comes out seeing as how Ellis will be capped at 59. So the ease at which lower levels can do it and lesser geared people will most likely increase.
