I have been throwing around the idea of expanding on what pets could actually do, but its been a bit low on the tier of things that need to get sorted.
They CAN do additional skills and such, but I haven't dove into what those additional skills actually can be.

The bosses wander around certain parts of the map. They'll stay in general areas, but they do in fact move! If they are not there, look around for where they may be walking!
Seona has been seen breaking through the portal and crawling through Enocia! Kill it and get a chance to receive the pet of one of the pet skins that drop from her dungeon! Seona also has a chance of dropping a rare Skeleton Face Paint!
- She's been seen wandering in front of the guild manager in Enocia!

Make sure to disable windows defender prior to launching the game, as well as add the entire VGN folder to is' exclusion's list.
Make sure to add the game to your anti-virus as an exception as well.
Also, change the Sb.exe/SbLauncher.exe to run in compatability mode for Windows 7/8.

Not necessarily. Enchantment values are manually done and are controlled by a completely separate file. So its all based how however they decided to do it.

Goddess does have a point though. Doing an exp event prior to me releasing the patch would put us in the same issue that I'm looking to avoid with early players leveling too quickly. The problem of people leveing too quickly is in the quests and the mob exp as well (Luna did this massive graph for it to show general trends of leveling). So bumping that up even higher would just throw actually new people even further out of balance.
If I could contain said event to just higher levels, it'd be all well and good, but it'd be available to everyone.

And Gamma bangles, at least the ones I skimmed, also have no HP enchants.

As for fixing early game, what about just shortening Quest kill requirements and just boosting the Quest complete XP or just buffing the standard server multiplier. That way people can still run through the story of the quests if they want, but instead of having to kill like 20 of X once you get to Barb and up you just have to do like 5 so you can just breeze through it. Being able to breeze through the quests and leveling would be nice for new players. Was something I actually paid attention to when I first came here was to see how much Gold a new player could get from doing all the quest lines, by the time I was done the 54 quests I was at around 7000 which is a fair bit to get a new player started. Not to mention if you go with a server XP multiplier buff it will help with the later levels as well too, with the population getting less and less, XP parties are harder to come across for the 60's area. Hell I still haven't even got to 65 yet since like... april
I'd rather not buff the early games quest exp, since one of the problems is early levels leveling too quickly and outleveling needed dungeon runs for gear and such (thus being stuck at 40+ with no gear aside from the base items). So exp for them was tuned down slightly to make a better curve without effecting end game.
End game has gotten a decent boost as well in terms of exp and such though.
