Simply log into the Eden Eternal website Click over to the "Events" tab. From there select the box you can claim! If you do not see any promotions listed there, then you have already claimed it or are not eligible to claim it! If you have just made your account, please allow 15 minutes for the website to properly update with your character. Once you send your starter pack, the items will appear in your Item Mall Inventory.
