Resolution Issues

I've just downloaded the game and am having some issues with the default resolution. I did already find a topic in the forums on where to locate the .ini file to change - but didn't completely fix the issue:

The issue the OP stated of mouse clicks being off/inaccurate still persist. While yes, I can make it full screen, and change resolution - I can't even see where my mouse is highlighting buttons as I moved it around. In the default resolution, I am at least able to see when buttons are registering a mouse cursor, but its about a half inch off its true location.

Any suggestion of fix on this? My current resolution is 3840x2160 (which definitely doesn't work for the .ini.) Setting it to 1920x1080 was good - but my mouse cursor wasn't registering anywhere.
