You have at least 2 months from the date the character was deleted to request a restore. After this 2 month period, the character's information is automatically removed from the server and we cannot restore the character back. The sooner you put in the ticket after deleting a character, the better the chance you have to guarantee a restore. This service costs 5000 VGN in order to restore a character. The character will not be restored till the VGN is found on the account. DO NOT transfer the VGN to AP. VGN is the only currency that is accepted for this restore. If the VGN is transferred to AP, it will not be accepted. Character restores are typically done on the next maintenance. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
