well stuff like rings and trinket are in-game dropable, yea it'd be nice to add them, but uniq lingeries are cash shop restricted so i dont see why not put them on mistery box if possible

-Pets that we need for achievements and can't be bought in game (Norb, Gruel, Fleck, Leca);

-Costumes that we need for achievements more often on mistery box (Commando Gear / Arctic Commando Gear) and cap;

-Class Special #11 and Bashful Bloomers costumes;

-Legendary Commander Stormchaser and the blue version.

F5 may give you the same page even if the content is changed, because it may load the page from cache. But Ctrl-F5 forces a cache refresh, and will guarantee that if the content is changed, you will get the new content.
