  1. Over CB is pretty good. its not Op nor weak.

     

    Shockwave has always been -10k eva max, the tooltip was wrong before. I wouldnt be opposed to a ch-eva reduction, but not 10k max, maybe lower. Would require testing.

     

    2 cleanses on sw seems to be an issue, its the only class with such an ability, it cant be caught regardless of wether its arkana or mech. Even as CB it's a challenge to control them, can't make a mistake if they're skilled. Maybe increase cooldown of arkana cleanse, not sure what it is now? someone let me know. Taking it away entirely would hurt sw, if they remove 1 cleanse, maybe the mech one, so they take a risk by meching. Mech is more for a finisher as opposed to a primary part of the rotation like most classes, except DE.

     

    One change i've been pushing for is to move round slash down the skill tree, so it no longer requires you to take it to get skullcrack, it would help with a full tank build CB, which is starved for points.

    this kind of thing has been the staple of SB since the aeria days, folks used to always switch for loot then, i can still name the main culprits. Its not a faction thing, its a player thing.

    • Make an Account.
    • Make a PU starting class.
    • Donate tons of AP, enough to buy a pet, 11 pet chips and to sell other players (30kish AP).
    • Ask someone to boost you to LV40, EDGE in FK and HappyGuild on RG.
    • Do quest up to Meet the Batachrian.
    • Continue boosting to LV60.

          From here you will hit a bump, either wait for people who Do DV party or AFK in suer to level your pet. While there is no exp party, try to socialize and ask what to do with your 30k gold( you will need lots of PVP medals to craft your gears, Republicubes etc.)

         Making +10 is easy so if you do this right you will get: +10 set LV59 - LV65 gears, Pet, Pet chips and a LV 60 toon in like 2 to 3hrs.There is no actual ranking in PVE imo every class can solo Tartarus, the game is highly gear dependant. Everything will just boils down on how fast you can clear monsters, it is wise to do full clear anyway eversince Tartarus Challenger was implemented.

    Every class can survive the dungeon granted you have the required defensive stats.

    • DE, WH, CB = Void and CH resist. 
    • SE, SW, PU = EVA and CH EVA or CH resist.

    Ranking of class depending on how fast it can clear solo: <--- this is the only thing that matters.

    • PU
    • SW - Max AoE and DoTs
    • SE
    • DE and CB - CB is much safer tho, because most CB if not all, has Heals on their build.
    • WH - What makes WH suck in PVE even tho it has the most AOE is because WH damage comes mostly from DoTs and the total dot damage is around 72k I think with atleast 15 seconds cd on each skills, most Dungeons in late game has twice or thrice the HP than their DoTS and the bosses is like 10 million HP so have fun with that.

    SB is almost a dead game, Average log in player is about 20 people and half is AFK, there is no one in the lower zone, you will find yourself at the mercy of veteran players if you cant donate. You cant really do anything since there is nothing in lower cap that is worth the Gold anymore. It will be a long and painful grind till you give up, I hope this helps and goodluck.

    takes me 27 minutes for a full clear, 15ish for an MM run. Cb would be on par with PU and SE clear wise.

    Because now going through these caps is horrible torture and whoever joins anew will probably vomit and not even think about endgame. Let everyone have fun at every cap with new additions to each or at least slight improvements.

    no game ever caters to low caps, and it shouldn't because that's the least part of the game. The focus should always be endgame, no matter what you do at those low caps, you'll never have any more than a handful of overpowered toons ready to smak some newbies. Better to forget it entirely, and make the road to max level faster.

    Having the luxury of no lifing the game doesnt mean you deserve to keep an advantage over other players.

    drops were somewhat better for me than normal earlier. reduced HP of mobs is nice, reduces running time, while still making the bosses difficult. Btw CB major mech isn't usable in dungeons since patch, not sure whats wrong but basically it says cannot be used, might be the game confused because it thinks its a cyclops(its the size of the cyclops)

    In comparison to using eta or lota suits for pvp, here's my take. First, players who know how to attack a SW are doing it with ease and killing us without using a full rotation against a ch-eva build. When using a lota Suit all that happens is a stun to death and kill in a very short time. With the Epsilon suit mixed with eva rank 2 uni or rare jewels, it helps to survive just a tad longer that maybe we will get healed to get away, it doesn't block stuns or disables so we are still able to get stunned to death especially by SE, CBs, SWs, and DEs. WH are a different story as the eva will block the pulls but we are stunned and disabled. Which means that if the WH just disables us we could escape, but again when stunned we can't. I've still been pulled by WH's and CCd to death in that suit.

    PvE use -

    The added void helps with the new TT dungeon. While the normal mode with other gear is survivable, it felt really difficult using even a full eva build. With the suit I feel the DG attacks are fine and able to get through it like one should. If anything for the normal TT DG to have altered for players to get through is more of the attacking the bosses and getting through the mobs for other characters. I don't have issues with the normal TT DG using that suit. On Hard Mode, it is helpful but again not 100% easy walk through as it shouldn't be easy. You still have to be mindful of your buffs and skill use, but it doesn't feel like we have to go extremely fast on bosses that one mistake will cost you a death. The suit allows for a little more forgiveness in pve.

    While players might complain that there is such a thing on the SW suit, the max void I have receive on my own is around 5,500 and 6,300 with a ME. People might look at that and think that's a lot. Well when players use an Anti SW gear set and void debuffs of 3,000+ it still makes us squishy and extremely squishy with other gears. So, while players want it reverted back to it's original state, I would think it should be left alone and if people want to complain about it as everybody does against the SW, it could possibly reduced to 2,500~3,000 total void because it's not cool that there are tons of methods of getting past a SWs only buffs, but no other protection we can use. If a player does build a full on tank set that makes them unkillable, not sure how with all the counters one could do against it, then at that time I would look at restoring it or reducing it. But for the time being I would say leave it alone, just to see how it will do for a few month and then discuss if it needs a nerf. Currently, it's allowed me to survive longer while buffed which is nice but if it got nerfed back then I guess the concern isn't about how useful the SW could be anymore. We've already had our attacks nerfed to the point of great difficulty in killing other players including those we need to attack like the skilled ME player since they can use skills still while buffed with restoration when before it disabled them.

    On a side note, I haven't tested using rank 2 ch-eva jewels in it with other gears, so I have no comment on what that does in pvp but it is useless in pve since you should have eva jewels purely for pve. In theory is will reduce our ch-eva to make it easier to stun us and only helps in reducing physical attacks. Though going full ch-eva with it will make it harder to stun, it isn't impossible and does add protection from physical attacks, but the ch-atks is what kills us in the end. Going full ch-eva and ch-resist in theory will make us tanky, I just have no comment on how well that method works because that's all we will get going this route is harder to kill while making it harder for us to kill as well. So, a bit of a balance there.

    you have more unbuffed void than me and i'm a CB, there in lies the problem with it.

    The GS's are completely impartiant, and both MAC and IP blocks have been explained to be too difficult to implement fairly.

    As for pvp. Shadow Walker debuff such as Shadow Strike and Void Slash is reducing a mere 160 defense 13% void for each ? Is this even being validate as a debuff on such mere little changes ? In my oppinion both skills should have 25% give or take to be replace on those skill (even wh has over 2000 defense how about defender ? What is 160 defense to be yield on?) Precision needs longer buff time & atk boost to 32 % on min atk max atk on max lv by par of lastest competing demands. Secret Charge and Flare needs higher dmg and a 1 sec more longer to be added on crowd control. 

    Above all else, must we always change our skills formation with a skill reset ? Cant we get at least 3 page of skill for input as we can swap amongst them as we like ? Its so inconvenience as every time we alter our skill on by getting the skill reset on the premium store. These are all your problem i have sorted out, do look into it and take the mater seriously. (This class is dying with each passing patches)

    While I don't disagree it's a bit too tough for SW now, this is what other dungeons were like for namely, CB and DE before. You always sacrificed something for a pve build, for full efficiency it required you to gimp your pvp ability entirely.

    Meanwhile SW could just cruise thru with any build. It's about time yall had to make an effort.

  13. No one blocks mac addresses, and there's a clear reason for that.

    The best solution is to just have GS's actively monitor players, there is always one around who will do that.

    if a player is suspected of dual logging to say, a BG or somewhere that's it prohibited, GS can investigate an issue a ban if necessary.
     

    Of course it's important you inform people if they're going to make such complaints to say, luna or daddy, they do so politely and wait for the results of the investigation. My time in italy's discord showed me that, they're not listening to certain people because those people are rude to them, I wouldn't listen either.

    IP restrictions can be an issue when VPNs are involved, and many players use them.3

    - Gold earned from mobs in normal mode is good considering the time invested, should be same in hard mode.

    On a side note, since Halloween patch, the whipper really sucks in pve. 30 individual nerfs to aoe range, target count, cooldowns and durations accross all skills feel like being set back 5 Levels. Or 10. In pvp, especially 1vs1, it doesn't even matter i guess. But pve in mobs, terrible.

    use ch-eva and you get stunned alot less.

    @BumpetyBoo Nami, Robin,  Rose,  And pretty much tom comes on the fly when called out, I also see olga and dreamlife you can also count zack's ME there and pretty much all the time FK has numbers so you can have emily. Emily only active on rg side when cro is playing.

    my medic, along with Tom's and olga, which is being played by someone else, none of them are main toons, so we take away a player from their main toon each time one is being used.

     

    Nami and Robin are unpredictable. Sometimes you see them, usually weekends, you can only expect them at weekend ak.

     

    But please, you can have emily.
