really hoping you could help me with this jordan. the issue is my main account only. . my 2nd account can login and play. ..

the little mobs doesnt move but the music is playing . it just freezes .. but i tried to click the start game and put my character password.(takenote the screen still freezes. ) it pushes through but i was stuck at the loading screen.

unfortunately sir, i already did it. i already lowered the settings. but still it cant push through. the thing that i dont i understand is the why is my second account okay. and my main is not

Is there anyone experiencing this? in my main account, whenever i log in and pick a channel and proceed with the character selection.. suddenly it freezes. But for my second account it was okay. i dont know whats happening.. if theres anyone who know how to fix this please let me know.
