No i don't, i saw your answer in the old topic (ty for info), that's why i opened this new one. And also i tried to close everything that was running in background. It is frustrating because it took me so long to create the user and after i played 5 days with no problem now i can't play anymore. Help pls.

Hello, I opened a new topic because it passed 10 days and my problem persist. On 11 December i said: "I cannot start the SB game after login and pressing the play button. I verified the game, but still, the X icon opens in the tray and ... nothing happens. Yesterday it worked without problems. What i can do?" It worked fine until that day, I didn't change my configuration, I didn't install any new programs, no new updates, nothing Thanks.

Hello again, I tried again and this time I received 3 different errors till I went back to initial one: 1. email not march (I typed email wrong) 2. Username already exist: Because I tried different users i found one that was used 3. ERROR: This username already exists in our database. After that I tried a different/new email and it worked. I said ok so the problem was the email, but I tried again with both yahoo and Gmail and guess what, now it worked on both emails .... WTH. Thanks for help.

I tried again to find a functional VPN but no luck. Maybe i am not that good at it. Also tried to make the account from a different browser and even tried to make it on my phone browser. I lose to much time with this and starting to get frustrated. If someone can try to make the account with my email: alex.th3m3@gmail.com give me a hint if not ... nice to met you all, hope you have fun. Thanks for help.

I tried with yahoo and gmail.

It seems it is a lost cause for me. I tried 3 different internet providers and the same result. I even installed a VPN program and tried to connect to lots of different VPN servers but... no luck yet.

Already tried, like i said, same result. You can't make new account.

Hello again, I tried to make again a new account with new email. I received the same error: ERROR: This username already exists in our database. Also i tried to recover account, no email and i get the message: ERROR: Unable to locate any information using the data given. Please help. Thanks.
