    I've already stated I will be looking into possibilities towards such a project. You're not really helping the case here by insulting us without understanding our position we are in. There is a reason we've not looked towards any new projects and it boils down to personnel. Sure you can say "hire some more people" but it's not that simple when you don't have physical presence. You place a lot of trust in people over the internet and generally over time, you find that you need projects in order to find people you may be able to trust and even then... it's a long shot.

    Either way this response sums up our concerns for this project, we've seen how pushy the GF community appear to be and now you're spouting terms like "weasel your way out" paints a bad picture on how things will be dealt when you don't agree with decisions we make on such a project.

    We owe you nothing.

  2. If Grand Fantasia is to be released on VGN it would need a lot of attention from myself yes. Would I develop it? I don't know... I would probably help launch it and find myself a CM who would operate the community and come up with ideas for content. I have no intention to launch a game half assed I can assure you all that, I've got many of projects I could launch but choose not too for the sake of the network.

    Please don't assume past events are in the way or that we will mindlessly open something without enough thought towards it. Remember it took 9 months of asking for Classic for us to finally give in, we fought against it for so long because we felt it wouldn't be a success and despite what everyone said and disagreed against us here we are...

    Classic may not be doing well as things stand from a replayability end point but our PVP events are still very active and we just need to ensure we can have more reasons to return to the game than PVP events. We did warn a lot of players that it would end this way and yes I'm sure we've screwed up on delivering parts of it but all in all this is precisely why we stood against the idea for so long. We won't just shut down a game without real reason and we truly believe we can set it back on the right foot.

    Players also need to swallow their pride and stop quitting when things get tough (i.e. when a guild starts to dominate). In the entire time I've known Eden Eternal this has been a known problem and it can be seen by the way people flock to a new server each time a new one opens.

  3. Not entirely sure how I feel with some of the suggestions, mentioning things like advertising isn't going to help. Not saying everyone knows EE Vendetta but I can almost be sure most Eden players know of us. So advertising won't work, especially a Classic server of a game no one has played before.

    It might be wise we present the next batch of content in a different manner, I will speak with Jordan to get some kind of plan in place. A lot of the issues I have listed previously as to why I didn't want to launch such a server are present, granted more should have been done to avoid this but some stuff can just not be controlled unfortunately.

    Thanks a lot for the feedback though, we will act accordingly to what we think is best for everyone :) keep it coming.

    Yes but does that Discord server want a server from us? Just like Classic EE, everyone wanted it until it was there.

    The discord that was made to show support for the game showed that the game could possibly be a hit with over 1500 people joining.

    Not really sure if a mobile pserver would even be worth it? I do know a lot of people play using android environment emulators but I don't exactly play mobile games so it's not something I know much of. That being said it's something I wouldn't close the door on but I would need to investigate and look into if it would even be worth the efforts.

  7. Twin Saga and Vendetta did not mix very well. I don't really see this game ever returning to the network unfortuately. The game itself was not a big success in the west even from an official stand point.

    We're not closing doors on any new projects but as it stands we're happy where we are and don't want to over extend ourselves right now with what resources we do have left.

    1. Launcher wont even fucking work after i put my information in. (ID/Pass Word). I've had to go into task manager and close VSB 4 times tonight in a row. It stil didn't work over and over.

    2. When i log in and get into the game, the window bug outs and i can see the game when i open it but nothing moves. I close the window and reopen it, things change like chat or if people move but the game its self isnt moveing the same time or i cant see anything change till i re close the window and open it again.

    3. Every NB since maintenace, when i get near the RG tunnel by mid I get a black sceen to the point i either DC or have to force close the game because it won't respond.

    4. Non stop lag in Amara. Anywhere its gotten so bad to the point i cant even walk around base without lagging non stop or DCing

    5. Even when leveling my alt the PVE mobs area is lagging so badly, one second im full health the next im almost dead.

    I'm not the only one having these issues, Before you add more shit INTO the game, please fix the basic shit of it so we can play it before i quit cause i can't even play. Anyone else who having same issues or different onces since the recent maintenace , please comment you're issues also. This isn't your 1st sever for VSB, had same issues back than half the time anything you tried to add someonething and look what happen to it. I love this game and since ive came back PVP has become alive again. Please fix this bull shit lag before me and others quit or take a LONG ASS break again.

    No offence but this really just seems like a you problem. We have fixes spread out all over the forums for most of your issues and the ones you're describing points to your environment imo. When many other players are playing without problems and you're the only one experiencing this then it kinda isn't hard to not see where the problem is you know?

  9. Unfortunately we do not change email addresses assigned to accounts for many reasons. I understand the situation you're in but until it's offered on the website (https://www.vendettagn.com) for all players we cannot do such requests. We are currently in the middle of re-designing our entire infrastructure, I may add such a feature in the future but for verification purposes the process most definitely will require you to login to the current email address and the new email address. I don't see such a feature assisting you since you do not have access to the original email address.

    Game is not attractive and never has been. Aeria at best had a cap of CCU around 500 players at it's peak. We've pushed marketing campaigns and also partnered with Youtubers in the past to help boost numbers it hasn't helped due to the game being dubbed "Boobie Game".

    As for locking progression behind PVP, this has bad wrote all over it. It's not an obsession of being "fair" either, this is plain logic and no game has ever had such features without creating more problems.

    Also if the game is about PVP then why doesn't everyone commit to said activities? You guys stop going against each other soon as it gets hard in protest to piss off the opposite faction. If you really cared about PVP then it would be shown, it is not up to us to keep making Battlegrounds appealing by adding OP shit you're only gonna alt abuse on anyways.

    I'm aware people trade services/gold for PGC Cards, this is something we cannot trace or have much control over and we advise everyone doing so to do at their own risk as most people doing this have been caught charging back and scamming.

    The thing is that right now, but really right now people are still trading between awaken and classic, realistically speaking you can't really do much about it because it's not much different from buying items from item mall and selling to other players, the difference is that you're buying those items to sell them to a player in exchange for something that is gonna be done legally in awaken server.

    I understand you now, I am not taking it as an insult it was just worded wrong and in all fairness I was concerned the Staff were not complying to the rules made for said system. It just seems a misunderstanding, I thought you meant the service we provide to players when mistake for transferring VGN -> AP on the the wrong EE version lol.

    Unfortunately though, we have no control over what people do with their PGC cards. I am aware a lot of system changes are being done to PGC at the moment as we have had to prepare some back end changes to support their changes. I do believe it is related to cards being locked to the website they're purchased from but that won't stop someone just asking the person to sell them a EE Classic PGC for a service on EE Awaken.

    I explained the process above, someone is just clearly lying as like I said above it's based on a player's mistake when transferring AP to the wrong server and it is very strict ruling and time based.

    We are?..... 😕 The only thing we do is if a player mistakenly purchases AP using their VGN to Awaken when it was meant for Classic we will help them out by removing said AP from Awaken and adding back to Classic.

    This is also something we done on Twin Saga as well. This is also only if the purchase was made within the last 24 hours of when the ticket was created. We do not move AP from Awaken to Classic for any means than just a mistake by the player.

    Whoever told you that is a liar.

    This is also done vice versa from Classic to Awaken if the same mistake is made.

Jordan said multiple times that he came into the game rather late himself so ofc he can't know how upgrading worked before green/blue/orange stones were introduced. This is just a side-point tho. The real point - of the upgrade-system completely fucking people COMBINED with the fact that the highly needed stones have a rather low supply - still stands

    No one is ignoring any facts here, we're just not going to hop, skip and jump to everyon's beat because yet again another thread assessing the "state" of <insert subject here> is present with the same number of people involved from previous "state" addressing threads. I've said it before and I'll say it again, after this subject is addressed I'm sure another thread will appear assessing the "state" of whatever subject is next because let's face it, this playerbase will never be happy until they get everything for nothing and then cry on they're bored and have nothing to do (which then will be our fault and yet again the "state" will be addressed again).

    - I stopped cashing on this server because i think the outcome is rather low anyways(at current rates 100$ = ~100k and you pay at least 40k for one single upgrade from +8 to +10 alone if you go the safe way for halcyons or maybe even more if you go with lucky. Right now my belt for example still stands on +8 after over 24k of CLSS - not even mentioning they way it takes from +3 to +8 since 6-8 is basically the same just a minimal bit cheaper). You don't need to know many people or have much knowledge about the game in general to realize people are cashing way way less right now. And that is on a rather good altar even. I'm glad that Jordan did admit that Reset Scroll supply was way too low earlier so we can expect them to be around way more again, which is nice. Then again it's highly needed obviously so people cash again.

    Clearly from some people's pov we're just in it for the money, so you'd think we'd be addressing and jumping to this right? We do not chop our noses off to spite our face and we're certainly not worried about anything atm. CCU is steady and money wise we're doing just as good as any other month so what's the problem from our end? We understand some players have issues but when does a game not have those? We cannot keep everyone happy.

    - I'm doing my daily dungeons/pirates/trails now to gather gold again since as mentioned many times before, as a F2P player it takes ages to catch up. Maybe i can gather enough gold to finally upgrade my belt from 8 to 10 in like ~3-4 weeks. Then again Awa weapons are already knocking on the door at that time which means the fun begins again from the start. 

    - In the end yes, to a certain point players greed and own decisions make the prices for stones/altar stuff in general BUT(and here comes the point that get's aggressively ignored each and every single time it gets brought up): If Altars and rates are shit(and yes, the last weeks had many shit altars, you simply can't argue against that) of course people will 1. cash less = less ECs on the market = higher prices for ECs = higher prices for stuff. Right now you can just clearly see that only a hand full of people actually play the Altars, world/peer/auction house pretty much confirms that. Please tbh don't argue with "but AERIA has way worse rates than us go there if you want to pay 300$ for a fortify set). Guess what and you said it before in the past: this isn't AERIA and this server isn't nearly comparable to AEIRAs current state. And spoiler alert: a full fortification from 0 to 10 may not reach 300$ but if you stick to the comparsion of 100$=100k you can pretty much say it'll cost you a whopping 100$ for a single item +10. Or else farming for 3-4 weeks/item which is simply not enough time if you want to complete a weapon and a set before the next update.

    Unfortunately this game primarily relies on a decent altar for distribution, unfortunately not every costume is a must have and some weeks do suck. We can address this and see how things go, we are looking into other avenues to assist where we can. We've acted on many feedback in just 3 months of this server being online it's not like we're going to stop there is it? We just have to assess things from a neutral pov and not "how to get to point B" you understand?

    - What this server needs in my opinion is A: More atractive things for cashers to cash for / B: a rework/adjustment of the upgrade system(literally see the 20 suggestions that have been made by others already, for example fusing X amount of Lucky innto a 75%) / C : If A and B don't work out, Gem Altar and moving safety stones there while putting better/more exclusive stuff into the normal altar.

    I'd love this server to go on for a while i really do. That's why i was defending you guys very often in the past even if i may have not agreed 100% on a personal level too. I thought too that "it's always the same 4 people complaining" but that bubble popped for me a while ago already. But at the current state as i said above you can clearly see the trend of cashers chickening out(i feel like they are like animals as they know a storm approaches before we even know it) and the spiral slowly turning downwards tbh.

    We want the same as you in the end, it makes no sense if we're so money oriented to chop our noses off to spite our faces now does it? More players = more money and if everyone's "quitting" then sure we'd address it but they're not... We check chat logs, we check trading histories, item activity and we assess everything to be sure this is an ongoing problem and something we need to address. Please know that we're not here to be against you but you need to understand we are not here to just do as you say and if we don't you're gone because if that's the case I'd just say fuck it and close the doors.

  19. I do recall us specifically saying that this would be the next topic of discussion once you've gotten what you wanted with the whole +6 side of things. It's rinse and repeat and then we're being held against every word we say over and over again because you aren't getting what you want.

    Why am I not surprised here lol.

    Pretty sure everyone's case for the Viridians being more attainable was down to +6 having to be mandatory and that no one really cares for +10 aside from their weapon. Market prices are down to the community and it is not up to us to control it by rules or flooding the game.

    May I also add, when I announced in-game we were addressing the Viridian issue I was met with responses of "what issue?". It's the same collect group of people now just pushing for more and more as per usual making a bigger issue than it is and it won't happen this time.

  20. Back to the Stones we go! Wondered how long it would be before the dust unsettled on this subject 😴.

    In terms of Stone availability there are over 1500% more being introduced into the game than previously. What more do you want us to do? We've said we will assess and our next step will now be to wipe stones pre-gear patches so players stop hoarding them and begin to sell them.

    There are more than enough stones to go around and trying to justify your needs towards our actions whilst blaming us for being "the winners" whilst YOU the playerbase hoard the stones is maniacal if I'm being honest.

    This is pretty much saying "well if we want Bash and Jordan to do anything, best bet is to just hoard everything till they make it easier" that much power leaves a bad taste and we won't let it happen.

    In the end if you have a problem with the network generating funds to support it's future, staff and current projects then that is your problem. No one ever has a problem supporting official servers with overpriced items, more pay gates and maximize their profits with greedy "events". Private Servers have changed it's no longer everything quick and easy, the idea of a Private Server is to create a different and cheaper experience and I think we've accomplished that here and have always done within the network. You players just want more and more and there has to be someone to say no and assess the right way and not because you want to get to point B and then create another "state" thread about getting to point C in the future.

    Whether this game makes a ton of money one month and little the next makes no difference. We all get a wage for doing this so it makes no difference by greedy motives, we just want to protect the longevity of the server.

    This pretty much sums up the issue. As long as players are purchasing the items for these prices people will continue to sell them for those prices.

    We've intervened with a lot of player concerns but when it comes to dictating the market prices this is not something we can control and is purely up to the playerbase to resolve this.

    The ball is now in the player's court and it's up to you all to find a medium not us.
