I shoot down a lot of ideas whether they're good or not because I also must agree with them. I run games for longevity and have never wanted too see this game die so fast. The route our competitor is taking I see no future for that game and people are going too get bored. They've proven they have no intention of taking the game in their own direction and I am sure they will eventually not be providing updates what happens then for them?
So a lot of ideas I believe are shot down because I do not agree with them this doesn't mean I am being offensive I am allowed too disagree and I believe that is my right as the owner. But if you take a look at the patches we've done we've addressed a lot of concerns with the game already and this is stuff our competitor won't do.

No no no you haven't offended me at all don't worry you can speak here I guess my replies just come off a little forward it's just who I am. But yeah don't worry I am very strict with account sharing when it comes to staff.
I think the issue is the language barrier maybe? I have taken a look at my replies and I am not seeing where I have went wrong and I am always wanting too improve so suggestions are welcome. If you can point some out maybe I can elaborate more?

No one logs into anyone's accounts that is a risk of security and security is something I take very seriously. It's also a staff rule I heavily enforce so that rumor is just bullshit so please either gather evidence and let me deal with it or stop listening too boring kids and their stupid conspiracies.
As for the way staff members speak too members of the community. We treat people the same way people treat us if you want too be all ballzy and get in our face we will get back in yours. We do this out of our own good and we work too provide a good game if you do not want too be spoken too with disrespect then please refrain from doing so yourselves.
I think you all just need too get over yourselves and understand that. I listen too all suggestions but just because I don't act on it or don't agree with it does not mean I am being offensive again it's just one of those get over yourselves things in the way and it's stupid and childish.

I don't need to try sell the server more to you these guys have done it well enough. I hope you do choose to stay and I hope you do enjoy yourself your opinion and suggestions are everything too us and if you just take a look you will see we have addressed as many issues and suggestions as possible without completely releasing the game on a free.

Servers are now back online. If everything is fine after 24 hours I will give out compensation for the downtime and peoples lost data. Sorry about this guys it should be over with now given we have a new db machine but lets wait it out before speaking too soon.

Hey Guys,
Sorry about the news but we had a minor db corruption. This was caused by our hosts rebooting the services without the correct procedures in place so the database was shutdown incorrectly and has now been corrupted. I have expressed my concern about this given we were given no notice of this at all as this could have been avoided if they handled themselves professionally.
As for progress lost it is very minimal too none existent given the downtime happened pretty much at the time everyone dc'd. Some players may have lost some progress however and we apologize in advance. We have returned the AP spent as well as the AP sent during this time as well as the LP and other things we normally record so you haven't lost anything there.
Compensation? I will consider compensating once I know the issue is out the way. As you all know I am absent right now due to my PC deciding to go BOOM on me but once I am back I will take a look into this further so we can avoid such situations in the future.
Again we are sorry the loss is between 12pm UTC to 8pm UTC however as stated no one has been able to login only a select few so we don't think many people are in a big loss and again we are sorry.

We've applied a fix too the server side. Hopefully this fixes the issue. Once verified the issue is gone I will give out compensation for the downtime.
