I love the idea of the game but it doesn't seem too be doing well for the other pserver and aeria is dying apparently already so Idk I don't see it being a good game for us.

The issue involving players unable to login has now been resolved. If you believe you're missing an item please check the item mall cart in game as it has been re-delivered too you.
The issue should now be fixed for everyone. If you are still having issues logging into your character please submit a ticket with the character name.

Servers are now back online. Apologies for the length of time the server was down it took a while to fix the damage but all players who could not log in should now be able too. We will be monitoring this for the next few days if you encounter any issues please report it via the ticket system too us.
Players affected should see that their inventory was re-arranged but no one should have lost any items. We have documented all changes and also backed up beforehand too ensure nothing was lost.
For compensation we will be doing double exp, class exp and gold for the rest of the weekend. Thank you for being patient!

Major Changes:
- Added new awakened classes for "Sage" & "Ranger".

4 new dungeon trials added to Dimension of Souls too tests you and your party to their limit!
- Lv 95 Gear added
Obtain new level 95 armor and accessories in the new trial dungeons added too Dimension of Souls!
- More Trophies added
Obtained from the bosses inside the new trials gain some awesome new trophies too add to your collection!
- Dimension Trial World Bosses
After completing a trial you can spawn 1 of 10 old school world bosses. Enjoy fighting the old bosses once again with their new challenge! Gain custom sets of gear with great combinations!
General Changes:
- Added custom bosses to Dimension Trials from Dragomon Hunter & Aura Kingdom.
- Archive has been updated.
- Added Eternal Chisel Lv100 to the game.
- Added Fortification +6 Reset Scroll and Fortification +8 Reset Scroll to the game.

Balance Changes:
- Balanced the Sage awakened classes skills.

This event will begin once Patch v12 has been patched (23rd September 2016) and will end (30th September 2016).
Aven has been invaded by a gigantic Alpaca and his Chick minions!
Every 6 hours this Alpaca boss will respawn on each channel. You and the server must work together on defeating the Alpaca. If successful you will receive an Anniversary Box (1, 2 or 3 depending on damage) through your mail.
Anniversary Box may contain any of the items above. If you are lucky to win the event coin then you can go speak to this little fella below:
He has 5 unique and limited edition rewards (the items will never be obtainable again!) that can be obtained by trading in the coin!

Gain a Special Accessory and a Head Accessory!
You can also gain an Ornament for your House!
Daily Quest
Alpaca located at (Aven, 304, 333) has a daily quest where he needs help retrieving the lost event boxes. Search around Aven and find the boxes for the Alpaca before Bash returns!
You will gain 1 Event Box for doing this daily!
Locate these little chicks at Aven and he will give you a 6 hour buff that will increase run speed, stats and HP!

The altars in-game should now auto update every Friday to ensure we do not miss releasing the Altar on this day. When the new altar is applied on maintenance the one for Friday is also applied and it will automatically update during that day.

General Changes:
- Drop Rate 2.1: I've decided too change the drop rate slightly. The new drop rate works with the current custom changes except now you will gain x2 more loops on top of the items so if a boss had x3 loops (which means it will drop a max of 3 items) it will now do x6 this should increase item drop a lot for users. Please know that if the monster/boss had x1 drop it will not be affected by this change.

The difference between our server and our competition in player base isn't a lot at all.
Why would you come to a server asking us why come here if you're already there? (I base this from your vast knowledge on how active that server apparently is) Your email shows as a spam mail service with 1 post this is more like a bait thread from probably our competition as your question has no logic if you really think about it.

Thats all we are asking for, not to get everything for free. And also, just wanna say it, we dont mean it bad to tell you things/suggestions like this, we really like the Game and the Staffmembers, thats why we make those suggestions, because we hope you will understand the players feelings/thoughts, not to tease you or force you to do everthing we want.

I'm also in your Guild, and i can just agree with Nocture, about Party Recruits etc. There is like one group who is doing it. Some of us are doing all daily quests on every map, the npc quest from terracottage where u get the 400 Lp's, running lp dungeons and so on. If i finish all the dailys i have around 1,8-2k LP, thats nothing compared to the price of adv upgrade scrolls which cost 350lp each? And a lot of People cant start to run High level dungeons to farm 70+ recipes, most people are even stuck at the level 63 Dungeon cause they cant kill the first boss there. And even if you can clear the dungeon and keep doing your main quests to level cap, you know how hard those last dungeons are in the mainquest line and that it is almost impossible to finish them for the mainquest if you dont have equip for it...not everyone is in the position to donate everything to get a full +50 orange/yellow gear...
Anyways, kinda tired to keep trying to explain stuff like this...

I totally understand your point but there is no room too compromise when it comes to this stuff. Why you will ask? Well we put say 3 of each costumes in for everyone and well people get bored of those they ask for more or for us to rotate or do whatever then we're back in this boat right here where I am being told I am not listening to my community and that I should compromise again you see the pattern it will unfold?
My experience in this field has taught me valuable lessons and I know when and when not too compromise yes some things people will disagree on thats how things are but my focus is longevity. As time goes on we will release costumes into the game to be obtained without LP or AP you have to remember the server has only been online for 3 weeks. People are asking for way too much it's like everyone is in one massive hurry and it's stupid tbh.
As for the grab bags almost every item in there is worth more than the AP you buy it for and the rates are more than fair for the better prize. We're not trying to rip you guys off we could remove the bags completely and just focus Astral Puzzle but this game supplied these boxes this was their marketing strategy why should we divert ourselves completely from that? You look at the AP mall besides the usual get you x to y and never needing to purchase again and the Astral Puzzle this game offers nothing too monetize.

Let's be honest: Vendetta's EE server is only like it is now, because.. IS THE ONLY EE PS! And people really dislike Aeria (myself included). Even with Luck Bags, your AP rate is higher, and you got some custom stuff (dont play EE, so dont know how much custom it is).
So, why not make something really simple: Make a vote on forum, and see what your players think is better:
1 - Keep AP/LP shop like it is now, with Luck Bags and NO costume dye for LP
2 - Take out these Grab MONEYWHORE Bags and add Dye to LP Shop (I am really horrified i saw you guys saying wont do this... Not even Aeria were this greedy)And.. @Par again: Stop with this bullshit of "You prolly dont know how to farm LP".
Sorry, i am sure i have way more experience than you with Twin Saga. I played since Taiwan CBT until before Samurai release there, after TW i played at TH (Thailand) server, up to lv 65 (before samurai also).
You want ppl to run Furval and LP Dgns, well, what about ppl to run it on party mode? I am at your guild, and i see only one group doing it for like 90% of the time.
There is like... 0 Recruit adverts on World Channels. You tell ppl to farm LP, but.. How can they farm, if there ISN'T PEOPLE TO DO IT.
Right now, this server is just a Beta Build Test server to me, because we dont have a real motivation to keep playing. I (prolly more also does this) only use the very high rates to test out builds.
So, why not LISTEN to your community (there are already many PLAYERS saying same stuff, and only see Staff members saying against and a rly rly very few players {like 1 for now} saying oposite), and try make your game better for everyone? And not only o your wallet (well, if that even really happens, because without motivation, ppl wont dontate).We closed dragons prophet after 3 months due to the fact the server was costing us over $1000 per month and we were making 0 donations with a playerbase of about 10 people max I think anyone with half a brain would have done that as well. I wanted too pursue DP as I enjoyed the game myself but unfortunately it did not happen and I should not be held up against that.
If you want too remember VGN then remember the 4 year old Forsaken World server, the 6 year old Perfect World servers the custom Last Chaos servers, Laghaim our Scarlet Blade and yes our Eden servers all of which have had huge lifelines and ran with great success. You take one bad thing and use it for your argument (YET AGAIN another weak point).
The rates on the grab bags are very fair and give you all useful items people need in the game. I see people getting the best items in less than 10 boxes some even in their first one they opened. We won't remove them just because you wanna be cheap and ask for more when we run out.
I really am tired of being told to listen to the community. Look at our last patches is that not a sign that we're listening to our community or are you just going to cotninue being a whiney bitch until you get what you want completely? I trump those lazy fucks at .to with content and better ideass not with cheap sales so they run out quick. Look at the dressroom and do the maths do you see a long life with a game at the rate they're selling their costumes? No you don't it's a quick money sink until they walk away and abandon it like their last few games.
