Everything is possible to be made solo, but Challenger is one I don't know if I would just because of the idea around it was of 2+ people doing it.

The only way this could possibly work is indeed another NPC using the same exact map as solo - but listed as team and allowing 4 people inside. There's no way to force it to only allow 2/3 people in. Its either solo or up to 4.

As Norleras has said, you need to submit a ticket here: https://vendettagn.com/support.vgn and request a secondary password reset for the game the character is on. If you are requesting for Eden, please be sure to state the character the request is for.

With this maintenance, we have decided to change the mystery box system a slight bit. Mystery boxes will no longer be located on the Eden website, but rather, in the in-game item mall. There were a few reasons we have decided to do this change, but the biggest reason is mostly ease for the user and for ease of creation. Our backend for these boxes was not the greatest, but it did the job it was supposed to. With Eden's ever growing list of items though, its proving to be a slow and unstable process. The system also allowed for too many errors to be put through, like the miss of items in boxes (Blazelights for example) which then caused it's own problem of editing and changing this now broken box. With the list of new items having no end in sight, we feared that eventually it'd break to the point of no return. To avoid any future problems we may run into with this system and rather then completely overhaul a dated system, we figured we might as well jump into it and change it to use the in-game boxes with all the altar changes that has come as well. The prices of the boxes were changed to 200 a piece (from 199), and the guaranteed win amount has been lowered from 70 to 50. The rates of the boxes are the same from the website. All mystery boxes from the website will only be available from the in-game item mall from now on. Please remember, to obtain the AP needed to purchase these boxes, you must transfer your VGN to AP using Eden's website. Doing so will also net you an additional bonus to your purchase, alongside the already given PGC bonus.

I do not recall exactly what the email says, but an email will be sent to reset a set 2nd password for Scarlet Blade. If this is the correct ticket I am looking at, she may have missed that you're struggling to outright make it and only saw the Eden character made. I've sent the correct reset email for Scarlet Blade that should arrive shortly. Follow the instructions given on it to reset your 2nd password - if its set at all.

No, the body type for all the classes are set and are unable to be changed.

Its not forgotten, just for whatever reason the shop refuses to show just that one.
