Deleted characters can be recovered on Eden Eternal. You have at least 2 months from the date the character was deleted to request a restore. After this 2 month period, the character's information is automatically removed from the server and we cannot restore the character back. The sooner you put in the ticket after deleting a character, the better the chance you have to guarantee a restore. This service costs 5000 VGN in order to restore a character. The character will not be restored till the VGN is found on the account. DO NOT transfer the VGN to AP. VGN is the only currency that is accepted for this restore. If the VGN is transferred to AP, it will not be accepted. Character restores are typically done on the next maintenance.

PLEASE When transferring VGN to AP, please make sure you are transferring it to the correct game! If you transferred it to Twin Saga when you meant to transfer it to Eden Eternal, then it will not be transferred back to Eden Eternal.

Donations for Eden Eternal and Eden Classic are done a bit differently. The card first must be purchased from PGC. To view how to do this, click this thread here: Once a PGC card is purchased and the VGN is applied to your account, head over to the webmall. Once there, you'll see the option to select "Alpaca Points" Open this menu and select the amount of AP you can purchase using your VGN. Donating with Pixel Game Card Pixel Game Cards are valid for 14 days, which means you have 14 days after purchase to use the card before it expires. If your card expires prior to you being able to use it, please contact PGC support for a renewal. As with our previous payment providers, we at VGN cannot assist you with your purchases at PGC. Now that character passwords are required, its no surprise that some may forget it! But fear not, it's easy to reset! Log onto the main website and submit a ticket! At the very top of the page, there are multiple different sections of the website. Click on the "Support" tab On this you can see your previously submitted tickets and tickets that are still in process. Tickets at most, can take up to 24 hours (Tickets submitted over the weekend will not be answered till Monday) to be answered, but you can speed up the process by providing the following information when you submit your ticket: Be sure you type your message before hitting the submit button. Any ticket that is sent with an empty subject will be automatically closed. We have every right to close a ticket and deny a request when someone cannot follow instructions or seems to not own the account and is trying to get access to it. For your own account's security, DO NOT lose access to your email or forget what email is registered. We do NOT offer email changes and we will not tell you the email that is registered to an account. If you no longer have access to the email registered with your account, additional information will be required. If you cannot give the required information, then we cannot reset or recover your account. This is for INGAME CHARACTER and SECONDARY PASSWORDS only. Jewel Synthesis To combine Jewels, you will need: 4x Jewels of the same quality and type to convert them into one more powerful Jewel (for example 4x Rare Jewel: Ch-ATK Rank 1 to create 1x Rare Jewel: Ch-ATK Rank 2). 1x Rank 2 Jewel Blueprint. 1G per attempt (regardless of success or failure of the conversion, the conversion fee will be taken). Optional: 1x Fusion Made Jewelry to guarantee 100% success rate when converting Jewels. The NPCs available to do this are: Mereholt's Bitterstone Base Nemesis' Blazer Forward Base (RG) Nemesis' Harpy Forward Base (Free Knights). Ledia (Red Jewelry Tech) can combine Red Jewels Chloe (Green Jewelry Tech) can combine Green Jewels Talk to one of these NPCs and the interface will open up Here you can view recipes by clicking "Manual", as well as craft your gems. Select the Jewels to combine by selecting the appropriate Synthesis option and click on "Synth" to proceed. For each synthesis possibility, you have two choices - one with the Fusion Made Jewelry (100 % chance of success) and one without. Without Fusion Made Jeweler used, the success rate is 50% If the synthesis is successful, the Jewel will be upgraded to the next rank (Rank 2 Jewel) and the Synthesis fee and the blueprint will be consumed. If the conversion fails, the conversion fee and the Jewels will be consumed without giving any result. Just to note: Normal and Magic grade gear do not have jewel slots. Only Rank 1 and Rank 2 Jewels are currently available in the game You may see slots for Ancient Jewels on your gear. These jewels are not available in the game yet.

Expansion/Synthesis Items - Jewelry Slot Expansion Spanner Function: Can unlock additional Ordinary Jewel slots (if the selected piece of equipment has locked Jewel slots). - Rank 2 Jewel Blueprint Function: Blueprint needed to create higher rank jewels from the Red Jewelry Tech or Green Jewelry Tech through Jewel Synthesis. - Fusion Made Jewelry Function: Item that provides you 100% success rate when proceeding with Jewel Synthesis (when talking to Red Jewelry Tech or Green Jewelry Tech). Increasing the Number of Slots To increase the number of open slots your gear will have, you need a Jewelry Slot Expansion Spanner and you need to make sure that your gear has white slots (locked slots) available. Whenever you use a Jewelry Slot Expansion Spanner, you will always succeed in creating one additional slot as long as there is a spot to open. (otherwise, a system message will be displayed). Jeweler Slot Expansion Spanners can be bought with VGN in the Itemmall

Inserting Jewels into your Equipment How to insert the Jewel Right-click the Jewel in your inventory and then click on the selected piece of equipment to insert the Jewel into it. (Rare/Unique gear needs to be certified for the slots to appear) Click on "Yes" to insert the jewel into the selected piece of equipment. There is 100% success rate when you try to insert the jewel. You'll receive a conformation system message saying the jewel was successfully inserted. Extracting Jewels are reusable and can be used multiple times. This is done through the help of Haley, the Jewelry Extraction Tech. She can be found in Mereholt and Nemesis. Place in the gear you want to extract the jewel from Choose the jewel you want to remove Pay the fee and the jewel will be returned to your inventory and be ready to use on your next piece of gear!

Jewels and Gemstones What are Jewels/Gemstones? Ever wanted just a bit more HP or attack damage? Well these gemstones are extra enhancements for gear that can help you get there! Where are they found? Jewels can be obtained from Jewel Replicubes that drop in Neutral zones, dungeons and battlefields. They can also be bought in the Webmall with VGN/Vote points. These replicubes contain: Red Jewels (rare or unique) that can be placed into Weapons, Gloves and Bangles. Green Jewels (rare or unique) that can be placed into Knee Guards, Shoes and Helmets.
