No offence to some WH players but... are you guys even playing your class properly?
I have gone over the whipper class so many times and came to the conclusion that they are a secondary support class outside of medic. Whippers entire kit is literally defence, de-buff and CC, that's what they are designed to do. Whipper isn't going to excel as a fighter because nothing in their kit supports that at all.
Out of all classes whipper has tonnes of defence support, if your building her as anything but a tank then of course all that defence is going to go down the drain. The way I see it her intent in battle is to use her skills to pull, de-buff and lock down her target FOR THE DPS CLASSES SHES ALLIED WITH and to tank damage from the enemies she pulls while doing so. Sure some whippers can manage some damage but lets not sit here and complain your defence and so on is bad if you have built her wrong.
Your a tank CC support, not a DPS and not a healer -

Ok well sometimes when you try to log in multiple times you can get this error and if someone was on your account it would of been closed when you logged in since you can only log your account once at a time. In other words they would of been kicked off.
Best thing I can suggest is changing your passwords for security and submitting a ticket ti have the log in issue investigated -

Like you mentioned making any change at all to WH is a ... touchy subject.
Of course for any class a change can be upsetting especially if they don't like it or see the reason behind it. WH has been under discussion a few times and we don't currently have a change that can help without making the players of that class angry like last time. We do need to work on a few classes including whipper but we need to be careful about how we do it,
I admit there needs to be a pro and con for a skill like a pull or AOE pull. At the moment there isn't really any risk for whippers to pull because their attacker will be stunned and easily disabled then locked down (experienced myself every..single..day)
Also whipper players please keep this conversation civil, its a discussion about your class not a human rights war -

Can definitely make rapid fire recolours, not too sure about the glow since that is something to be done on vivi's end. I have spoken to her about it but we haven't fully figured it out yet,
As for Julia I have started her costume but it's not finished since I had to work on others. So her Costume should come around at some point but it won't have her special shoes I'm sad to say. -

And also, have a look at this, it's from the game already, but would be so nice to have a costume for both factions like this one:
Skin colour is a bit finicky >.< the reason it's hard to implement is that our characters are broken up like this:
Costumes: Full body, no head
Armour: Head, body, hands and feet all separate
Hats: Hair, no face
Meaning if we were to make skin colour variants we would need to make a skin colour for each of these parts for all the different classes and there is no way to guarantee that what drops would be the skin colour you are using so you may end up being dark skin body with a light skin head.
This is the main reason why skin colour hasn't been added as a option yet because it's too messy for the games current system.
As for that costume I have plans to make it already for a later patch we are working on

Very unlikely, Nemesisv2 was made for people who rushed to be able to go back and do their quests. It's the players responsibility to make sure that is done before progressing

First off I wanna say thanks so much for the love of the new costumes I have made for you all so far! it's made me really happy to know you all like them so much~!
SO! as the title of this post says this forum thread is for you guys to suggest and request future cosmetics that you want me to make for the game (If i haven't already)
The conditions for requests are as follows:
You can request: Outfits, Lingerie's, Weapon Re-skins, Bike Re-skins, Pet Re-Skins, Hair/Hat Colour modifications.
Cosmetics are limited to what is currently in the game. We CANNOT add in new models at this time meaning I can only work with what currently exists and modify it.
Content from Dragona is the only exception regarding: Pets, Bikes and Weapons.
Your request must be new or related to the game, I will not use designs from Copyright Characters
Meaning unfortunately no character cosplay.
However...
The concepts from the characters such as a Magical Girl or Street Fighter can be used
with our own designs. There's still hope for you Sailor Moon fans!
Please take into account that some details won't be possible but i will try my best to make up for it!
If you request a cosmetic that has already been made or is in progress I will let you know!
When requesting a Team set (Example: Midnight Diva)
Please try to go into detail for each class and explain the concept as best as you can!
Faction based cosmetic requests are most welcome!!
Lastly! Requests for an existing costume to be fixed or updated is also welcome!

But Monoki is right about creating costumes based on characters. Even "inspired" from these characters could land in copyright infringement especially if they are making money off these costumes. The only way you could possibly get around this is to...
A) the name of the costume shouldn't be anything close to the name of any character that you are trying to mimic.
B) don't match color for color or stick with exact designs. For instances you want to mimic Alice in Wonderland dress? Don't use the same exact color and probably shorten the dress. So you could make it darker blue instead of the lighter shade and then alter the dress just slightly.
C) Keep away from any symbols that also relate to specific characters or outfits. You want to create a cloak that looks like something from Harry Potter in the game, well make a scarf solid color or not stripped colors are anything close to Harry Potter and put a symbol on it that isn't related to anything not even a sports symbol. So, you could make the shape of the embroidery on it but in the design you could put the symbol of a Mech from the game in it and you should be completely fine. For Sailor Moon you want to keep away from any symbols used on their outfits.
Mimic of any outfit based on real life outfits can land in copyright infringements. The reason the rapid fire bikes are in the game is because it is a generic style look and you can't just pick a single bike in a bike shop and say that bike looks like a bike made by Honda, Suzuki, etc.... The ME outfit for level 65 to me looks close to a Native American outfit that a tribe would wear for some ritual, but the design is so different that it is allowed, even if shapes or designs on the outfit are similar. Note similar and not exactly the same.
But the second you introduce a cosplay costume from a specific character for profit, you better have a license from the company to do so. Fortnite has been sued and either lost or settled on law suits by people and companies just for a mimic dance move and/or outfit. They even got close to losing a law suit with PUBG for their Battle Royal match up with even the mode of dropping in to the match. Though I believe the law suit was dropped for some reason or another, but the essence that it still cost both companies money just to even enter the courts and lawyer up.Indeed, even if we are a small private server we still run the risk of getting in trouble no matter how unlikely it is. If it helps I am open to costume suggestions and themes but sadly for character cosplay it wouldn't be a good idea, the best we can do is cosplay our own characters (NPCS) and come up with our own designs.

Hi! ok so the deal with these would be a bit tricky not only because of our limitations but I was avoiding doing this because I was unsure about the whole "copyright" issue. Since these costumes are from these characters if we were to sell them there is a chance those companies won't like it as usually when characters are implemented into games like this it's a collaboration between them and the game's company.
I'll speak to bash about it and see what he says but the best I could do right now would be costumes "Inspired" from these characters rather than their actual outfit. -
Hi! so I can definitely make that last one for female classes since it's skin tight however that first one I think I will only be able to make for cyberblade because of the jacket (or at least an outfit similar to it)
I do have these on my list for both FK and RG versions ^^
