I forgot the terminology Vivi used, but that'll resolve itself on Xigncode's end. If you're among the few or only one, then consider putting the "xm" application in the Xigncode folder into Firewall's "Allow Program Through Firewall" list and anti-virus exceptions list. If anything place anything and everything related to Xigncode into the exceptions lists if you can. Be sure to have compatibility of the "xm" application set to Windows 7 or XP and have it set to run as Administrator. Flushing the DNS might help. Also changing your DNS server might help as well.
