Crashing every 5 min

Hi, i'm new here and im really happy to find a new server of SB, but when i'm playing, the game keep crashing every 5 min, so what can i do?

This game can be a princess when it comes to applications that interfere with it.  Be sure you've done everything listed in the link provided.  

Also remember to have SB on the exceptions lists of your anti-virus and Firewall.  Also deactivate everything non-essential that is running in the background.

yeah i've done everything possible to fix it but it useless... still crashing every 5 min playing... i just think that is the server location.... im from brazil, its so far from there... ill try to use some vpn... maybe can help
