Bank slot upgrade?

In the store there is a 47 slot item that I think you can use to upgrade your bank and backpack slots. So how do I do this? Do I have to empty the bank to use this item? I tried putting it in the slot next to the back bag.

You need Bank Slot Rental, then you have to use it in your Bank by clicking on Rental, choose a slot, and then you can add your 47 Backpack and have more space in your Bank
