InSaKiR Posted January 18 Report Share Posted January 18 I'm not completely sure, but from what I could find out about that item, it seems to be obtained through an event boss in Aven. This boss can drop two specific items that have a chance to grant the object, and I confirmed this myself. Lunar Deity Festival Box and Lunar Deity Gift. Both drops can grant the Karthik Voodoo Mask.
