Password reset mail not received

I've made an vendetta account before(played eden eternal) and tried getting back into it. I figured out my username, but the password reset does not work. I've tried the user and the gmail. I waited a full day but still nothing.

Attempt to provide as much information as possible to validate that you are the owner of the account, such as: Username of the lost account, Email, IGN (In-Game Name), Last remembered passwords for both the VGN account and the character (if applicable), among others.

I can't create it cause I can't get into my account. I've tried a password reset x4 but no luck.
