Regardless of the MMO, it's the players that really set the market and it's the players that can fix it. If people are being douchebags and selling stuff for a really high price. It only takes a couple of people to start selling them same thing at WAY under and then soon everyone will be selling that item at a lower price.

No. There is zero reason to change this. You cannot buy the wrong ultimate skills, though you can buy them out of order of level. There is ZERO reason to make a new character because of Ultimate skills.

Ultimate Skills are locked in the Special tab of your skill window. They cannot be changed from there, they aren't in your inventory not taking up any space. There are two spots for ultimates, as all classes have two ultimate skills. You can move them around your skill bar. Once you have them, they are permanent.

there used to be one, for the various VGN games. Bash decided to remove it a couple years ago. I don't think it will becoming back ever.

You may have this mistaken for the Korean NT, which is closing down in January 2019. VGN has a large population.

Yes, the SB metabolism skill has always been beyond OP. For a class that is supposed to be a "jack of all trades, master of none" it heals better than a medic and can DPS burst better than a PU.
With L60+ gears and a larger focus on crit-rate, can Crit-Eva even be viable on anything other than WH? You can get, what, roughly 6200-6500 crit-eva (depending on uni jewels) before buffs?
