How do i get emotes and dances

Hi, was just wondering how do i get emotes and dances? Do i have to reach max level or do i get it while leveling along the way?

Certain vending machines sell those emotes. Ya can find em in any BG, Delilah, and maps other than Enocia. Each cost 1k RP (Rank Points) so it might be difficult to obtain in lower levels. Ya can hunt spies and do dailies in Caergate for RP but that would take a looooog time. Better farm RP in Villedon (lv38-39).

Dance is built in to your toon. No need to buy anythin for it. Thing is, ya can only dance on certain spots in Delilah Hall.
