I don't know a lot about the game since i'm new but the fact that you have to stack 2 passives with a spell that makes you lose hp, is slowing down the class + you need to use a spell that uses stack of one of the passives to get back hp, i know it was like that on the official servers but now the dmg are not worth all of that + the jump is slow. So what about getting rid of balanced gravity, would help the class a lot i think. And add dmg on spells, and the spell black hole what is that it was not like that on the official servers. Maybe delete the jump now that another class can do a jump like this, it kinda remove the unique feature of the class and makes it slower like i said earlier. And change black hole too the spell does not look good and don't fit the gravity manipulator aesthetic. I honestly think the buff gravitation and weightlessness are actually debuff see what they cost and how they restrain thos powerful class. Maybe change the class talents too, i feel like they bring nothing to the class. That are just suggestions that you can of course take in consideration or not but please do something about the gravity manipulator, this class has potential but it's actually one of the worst class from what i've seen. Any changes that where made have mostly been reverted. The damage nerf it did recieve was to bring it in line with other classes and that nerf was applied in the servers first year or so of being open. The class has seen much play since this nerf. The class is perfectly viable its just the stacks are now a mechanic you have to watch for. You spells don't auto generate stacks anymore making the mechanic moot and this was to compensate for the class not being made useless by people using buff removal trophies due to having the stacks being made un-removable.
