Question on Gearing

What do people do for gear once they hit 45?   The only gear I see in consignment is WAY! out of my purchase ability.

Uhmmm, they usually level boost to 55. Problem solved.

If you are a crazy one, start run Small Spaceship (the dungeon in mid of Nemesis) and hope the last boss Naberius drops a 45-49 uniq. No more ways to get an unique ring 48 sadly. I asked to make it drops often in Abaddon of 39-55 bunker, but still nothing.
