Nothing happens when I right click the free starter pack

Hey ppl! I can't seem to claim the free starter pack. It's still in my inventory. There's nothing in the events section or in the item mall. I tried relogging and changing channels too with no luck.

Make sure you are logged into the same account on the website.

Also this starter pack can only be claimed once per account. So if your account is not new then you cannot reclaim it.

If this isn't the case try put in a support ticket on the account in question.
