Game not running after maint

after update patch kaspersky blocking game launcher . im already remove kaspersky but game launcher still running only 20% then disappear  . already follow all step that have post before in forum but the game still not work. im also download the last zip patch that DOUDOU post and extract still not working. I really dont know what happen. before after maint patch play is normal. only yesterday every things went wrong . and i really dont know how to fix it and back to game . last night im just borrow my niece 's laptop open my character to login server. and after i really spend nearly 10h to fix game but still cant login on PC.  How every thing gonna fix soon thank you.

You can add an exception for the EE launcher on windows defender and kaspersky.

You can avoid the patcher by using run_game.bat

thank alots for reply. im already reset and reinstall window 10. after spend 20h not sleep to fix it.
