Graphics settings?

How do you get the graphics to really shine like in some of the gameplay videos I see online? I have the setting set to max but they look nothing like in the videos I see.

It could be your monitor or directx settings. Most people who post videos don't use any external post processing programs so it should be achivable with just standard in game settings.
