All you have to do is the following: Have 5,000 VGN Points on your account. Create a ticket with the following information: Quote Current Character Name: BashNew Character Name: BashStinks Then wait till maintenance for the request to be completed! NOTE: You may only submit a name change for a character that belongs to you! We know everyone has been eagerly asking us to launch this so we've decided to begin processing these from now on.
