    EE_PATCH_107_B1.PNG

These dungeons bring you new weapons and trophies to collect.

Both dungeons are available to be entered twice a day.

Today we bring you new Awaken Weapons!

There is two variants for each weapon type totaling 36 possible weapons overall.

    EE_PATCH_107_03_LARGE.gif

    The Process

We have created a custom Awakening System to improve the process to Awaken Weapons.

Unlike previous Awaken Weapons, any fortifications, enchants, gems, and gear upgrades will be transfered from the pre-awaken stages to the awaken stages. This means from the moment you receive your weapon you can begin working on it and using it.

To start the process you will need to collect a base weapon from either Angelic Temple or Demonic Fortress. These weapons come in the form of a Blueprint or an Artisan Blueprint.

    EE_PATCH_107_04.png

Once you have your base weapon you can then upgrade it to an Angelic or Demonic version of the weapon. You can do this by using either a Angelic Blessing Stone or a Demonic Curse Stone. This will upgrade both it's attack stats and effects.

    EE_PATCH_107_05.png

Once you have your Angelic or Demonic weapon you can start gaining Awaken EXP by collecting and using Awaken EXP items. You can see your progress if you hover over the weapon in your inventory.

    EE_PATCH_107_06.png

Once you have collected all 3 stars your weapon will be ready for Awakening. To awaken the weapon you must collect either a Angelic Awaken Stone or a Demonic Awaken Stone.
The Awaken Stone type and the Weapon type should match. Angelic Awaken Stone will awaken a Angelic Blessed Weapon only. Demonic Awaken Stone will awaken a Demonic Blessed Weapon only.

    Awaken EXP

To aquire Awaken EXP for your weapons you need to collect Awaken EXP items.

Awaken EXP items will always drop from bosses who have them on the drop table and will be limited to one drop per player. If your bag is full then the item will be mailed to you instead.

    EE_PATCH_107_09.png

You can get Blessed EXP Jars and Cursed EXP Jars from the last boss in Angelic Temple and Demonic Fortress respectively.

    EE_PATCH_107_08.png

You can get Blessed EXP Shells and Cursed EXP Shells from the first and second boss in Angelic Temple and Demonic Fortress respectively.

    EE_PATCH_107_07.png

You can get Blessed EXP Leafs and Cursed EXP Leafs from Tree Root Cavern, Desolate Forest, Grandiose Valley, Ice Crystal Palace and Burning Mountain Multiplayer Modes.

Lethal Arrow has just become a whole lot more Lethal!

Today we are updating the Lethal Arrow class.

We feel like this class does not really have much space in game and even when it has been used in the past it was never due to being enjoyable but rather just it was too strong to not be used.

We decided to update the direction of this class to make it feel a bit more like how the original Ranger felt with changes that make it feel more like a single target killer and a good dualist rather than an Semi-AoE DoT class.

Here is a list of the new skills for the ranger class:

    Spoiler

    Arrow of Despair
    Cooldown: 15 seconds.
Fears the target for 6 seconds reducing their MP -10% and P-Healing -659 pts. No effect on boss monsters.

    Chilling Arrow
    Cooldown: 3 Seconds.
(PVE) Grants P-ATK and deals Triple Hit Physical DMG to the target.
(PVP) Grants P-ATK and deals Physical DMG to the target reducing their ATK SPD, Cast SPD & Move SPD -10% for 7 seconds, stacks 3 times.

    Storm Arrow
    Cooldown: 3 seconds.
Grants P-ATK and deals Triple Hit Physical DMG to the target reducing their DEF -25% for 7 seconds.
Additionally knocks the target back 5 meters. No effect on boss monsters.

    Corrosive Arrow
    Cooldown: 7 seconds.
Grants P-ATK and deals Physical DMG to the target dealing additional Pierce DMG equal to 20% of the casters P-ATK every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds.
(PVP) Pierce DMG reduced from 20% to 10% of casters P-ATK.

    Lethal Arrow Rain
    Cooldown: 4 seconds.
Grants P-ATK and deals Triple Hit Physical DMG to all enemies within 25 meters of the target.

    Charged Arrow
    Cooldown: 5 seconds.
Grants the caster DMG Dealt +200% and ACC -50% for 10 seconds.
Note: This buff will be removed after attacking.

    Divine Step
    Cooldown: 15 seconds.
The caster will leap backwards 15 meters granting the caster "Divine Protection" status for 2 seconds.

    Divine Protection
Immune to direct DMG and Recovers HP +10% every second.

    Lethal Marskman
    Costs: 3% MP per second.
    Toggle
    P-ATK +10%, ATK SPD +10%, Move SPD +10%.
Your attacks will increase the targets DMG Taken +20% for 2 seconds.
Lethal Arrow Rain will now reduce Pierce Resistance -3 pts for 10 seconds, stacks 5 times.

    Holy Skill: Execution Arrow
    Cooldown: 5 seconds.
Grants P-ATK and deals Physical DMG to the target. If the target's HP is below 30% Execution Arrow will deal Double DMG.

    Client Stability Improvements!

We have added some more Client Stability Fixes with this update in the war against the Alpaca Box!

We got some reports from players who have helped me debug these new issues and we hope to have solved them.

For more information about Client Stability changes check our previous patch notes!

    Monster Info Window Update!

We have updated the Monster Info window to contain more information about the monster and removing the tabbing system.

    Spoiler

    EE_PATCH_107_11.png

The monster stats detail the following information:

    Monsters Base HP value.
    Monsters Base Attack value.
    Monsters Base Basic Attack Range.
    Monsters Base Attack Speed.
    Monsters Base Defence value.
Does not include modified stats from buffs.

Monster Resistances detail the monsters base resistances.
Does not include resistances from buffs or true resistances.

Player Drops and Player BP Drops are a new drop system that has been added for the Awaken EXP Items but will be used for other things in future.

Player Drops guarantee players who take part in killing the boss will be given these items upon monsters death. If the player has a full inventory these items will be sent via mail.

We have removed the restriction on Reality Potions.

We have reduced the quest requirements for all trophies from 10 to 5 and increased the drop rate on the quest item to 100%.

    Text and Misc UI Updates

  2. Question is a bit of a rabbit hole.

If your just talking about strictly leveling up then yeh you can use stuff like Cleric to kill mobs, it's a bit slow till it unlocks Holy Smite.

If your talking about end game dungeons then it's best to stick to the roles of the class. Most awaken classes that can heal, cannot heal and dps at the same time. Even the ones that can doesn't really do well.

That being said the whole kinda point of the game is that you can swap class any time. So if you wanna heal then just play a healing class and if you wanna DPS then just swap to the DPS class. Otherwise you will be weak a both and either the party will die or you have less damage.

  3. You get fame from some of the daily quests and repeatable quests in the area (Green ! and Blue !).

If the map has legion attacks you can get the materials from that and turn them in for fame too.

  4. Preview #6

Hey everyone just a small updated I'm hoping to have the patch out in the next 2 weeks. So either next maintenance or the one after.

I was hoping to do a small event for easter but since the patch has taken longer than expected I have not been able to push through with this. So to compensate for this we will release a small event patch somewhere in May instead!

For now this will be the last preview post so I hope you enjoy the final preview!

    EE_PATCH_107_PREVIEW_7.gif

    EE_PATCH_107_PREVIEW_8.gif

  5. I'd probebly recommend something like this (with 70 KP points)
    cDVpSlT.png

Dragon Knight is a Hybrid class so it's kinda hard to get all the stats you need on it. So you can focus on either PDPS only or MDPS only but personally I would recommend both.

You need to play around the classes buffs as thats where a lot of the power comes from.

Flame Drake Mode is the PDPS mode so when you use this buf u should stick to using the PDPS skills.

Reverse Scale -> Drake Tail Strike -> Hellfire Dragon Devour

Then when you use the Dark Drake Mode

Drakes Power -> Drake Tail Slash -> Drake Fang Ambush

Note: When using Drake Tail Slash it will knock enemies back which can make ur Fang Ambush miss. I personally used to try and gather the monsters on the same side so when i used Drake Tail Slash i would begin moving towards them for the Fang Ambush cast. Alternatively you can stack them near a wall so the knock back doesn't actually knock them back or swap the order of Drakes Power and Drake Tail Slash to give them time to gather. Also since Drakes Power is single target make sure your targetting the monster with the most HP when doing ur combos.

This will maximise the damage, never use these 2 modes at the same time as its a waste of cooldowns, you kinda wanna be cycling between the two modes the best you can.

As for Hidden Drake Mode its good for healing when pulling monsters because when you counter using Reverse Scale it will heal you. So you can end up healing from almost dead to full if timed right. It also gives a Silence to your Fang Ambush but I only ever really found use for that in PvP so I wouldn't worry about it.

  6. You should be able to just quest to level 80 as the questline has been streamlined over many years to give more than enough EXP.

If you seem to be missing quests check for a yellow ! located towards the right of the screen and then make sure to uncheck the level requirement box. For level 65 you are probebly looking for mainline quests in Shiver Peak / Death Valley sort of areas.

If your looking to skip quests and just grind then I would recommend running Sturmfrau 0/10 at your level or Skleros Ice Abyss 0/10 as these are the best for EXP. You might want to try build an Engineer class and kite the mobs in these dungeons and ignore the bosses as they're not woth the time / exp.

  7. Since Templar deals a lot of Magic DMG I think for the time being you should swap to using 4 Purple Certificates to boost your M-CRIT Rate and M-CRIT DMG. I would recommend something like this:

    NrKc3CF.png

You do appear to lack some certificates so I will list them all here so u know which classes to level:

    Spoiler

    Class - level 1 / level 2
    Mage - 20 / 50
    Warlock - 10 / 40
    Luminary - 10 / 40
    Luminary - 20 / 50
Bard - 10 / 40 (You can also swap this for more M-CRIT DMG which is Shaman 20 / 50)
    Hunter - 30 / 60
    Hunter - 10 / 40

As for equipment I would recommend trophies that you get that give some sort of M-CRIT Rate effect or M-ATK effect.

Then for the kinda skill usage you wanna use your Lightning Wave first after gathering monsters then straight after use the Judgment Impact. This will deal bonus damage due to the knock-down that Lightning Wave provides. I will also say that if possible you should try find in the Auction House or maybe ask in peer if anyone could give/sell you a Sacred Light Glyph this will help you kill stuff due to its resistance dropping.

To be honest though, with the above all said your best just powering along the best u can till level 80 which then you can unlock some of the Awaken Classes. Then you can play Blood Knight to make running dungeons super easy or if you like the tank then Dragon Soul or Paladin can be decent.

As a sort of P.S, if your having stuggles leveling the classes you can speak with Yukari in Aven who can give you a Basic Class Level Stone that helps level classes to level 80. Since classes need to be level 80 to be Awakened.

    ---

Edit: Another thing that I might suggest is maybe you should try the Mimic class out. You can build a Templar style class on the Mimic but you can swap out some of the skills for skills from another class.

I'd suggest for leveling up maybe taking some of the Dragon Knight skills like Drake Fang Ambush and Drake Tail Slash along with your Lightning Wave and Judgment Impact skill for just lots of AoE effects. Then too boost your M-CRIT Rate you could take something like Shaman Marks of Wind (Make sure to level this up) and for healing take something like Holy Prayer or Aura: Hammer Friend (Make sure to level this up). But ultimately if your going to play mimic read all the skills and have a play around with some that sound cool.

  8. At level 60 on Templar KP won't really make a difference damage wise.

I would ask what equipment are you using as the if you're not using the Venetta Starting Equipment then that could be why.

However, that being said Templar is quite a weak class in-general so it wouldnt surprise me if thats just the case. If you want me to check over everything screenshot your character info sceen (c key) and the KP screen and I can check what might be wrong?

  9. Unless I gave them to you not really.

Although to be honest the colour codes aren't 100% telling because each costume will adjust it slightly based on its dyable shading. If theres something very specific you're looking for I can dig it out but outside of that the best thing I can say is if you wanted to preview them this is the best way outside of trying it in game.

    Hey everyone!

I know everyone is eagerly waiting for the next big content patch and I'm truly sorry for the delays but today we have a something I feel is important to release ASAP that we have be quietly working on in the background.

Today we bring you a Client Stability Patch!

We have made some drastic improvements to the game client to reduce game crashes almost removing them entirely!

    Results

@MrDoudou has been one of the main testers of this patch as someone who would experience crashes every roughly 6 hours of consistent play along with some happening more often.

On our first test after all the fixes he got all the way to 60 hours before a crash.

On our most recent test he has been online since last week's maintenance and will only be kicked off now because of a maintenance.

We have also asked two community members who have reported that they crash at a similar rate as Doudou and both have reported significant and noticeable improvements with this client update!

    Changes

Nothing has changed with the game content wise.

We have not added anything new and we have not removed anything that may have existed before the patch.

With these client improvements, we're able to look into adding Eidolon pets from Aura Kingdom again! Because of the size of the model's and their animations, they accelerated the game to crash faster due to how the game was managing its resources. For this reason, I stopped adding them in and decided against making them into Legendary pets to allow them to be less common.

With these fixes hope to bring you more Eidolons in the future!

    Other Notes

We have been informed from some players that there is a possibility of an already stable client due to Radeon graphics card. Most of our testers have been testing with an Nvidia graphics card and have been the main source of these crashing reports.

There isn't really a way to validate this at this time, but if this is the case I'm hoping at the very least this wont reduce anyones experience. The most that may happen is that you are unaffected by any of these changes.

  11. Just to give a small update on this topic. We will not be making any final decisions on this topic until my next Awaken patch has been finished and released.

This is because we do not want to be rushed into a decision without being able to give it some proper time and thought into the decision.

So please continue to give  opinions here, I hope you understand and don't feel ignored we appreciate all your input 😁

  12. Level 1 -80

You should be able to play most classes which doing quests and leveling up so it depends on what playstyle you like.

Some of the common ones to level on from my own experience is,

Warrior, Knight, Templar, Thief and Samurai if you like to just face tank monsters and bosses.

Blade Dancer if you like to do aoe damage and keep moving.

Engineer if you like to kite monsters.

Hunter and Ranger if you like to have some range but still a bit face tankish with some minor movements.

Mage, Illusionist and Cleric if you like magic damage classes (mage and cleric (level 40) is more for area of effect damage while Illusionist is more for single target damage).

    Level 80+

Once you get your character level 80 you can level all your classes to level 80 by purchasing the 'Basic Class Level Stone' in Aven.  Once you have done this I would recommend Awakening the following classes first:

Magician (Gravity Manipulator class great for kill bosses)

Engineer / Blade Dancer (Mecha Ares / Blade Acrobat class great for clearing monsters fast)

Templar / Shaman (Blood Knight / Totem Master great for killing monsters in areas that are hard to survive due to overkill sustain)

Warrior (Beserker great for killing bosses, has some sustain)

Knight (Executioner great for kill bosses faster late game, will require some gear).

    Other things

You should try all classes over time to find which one you like the best. I have tried my best to make all classes pretty accessible but for awakening classes you will require 1,000 gold per class. So I would recommend the above classes first as they will help you get to a point where you can farm gold easier so that you can unlock the remaining classes.

  13. Since the introduction of Awaken Classes most of the race specific skills and passives have become a bit weaker in comparison to what they once where. Yes there is some classes that excel on certain races but in my opinion its not a huge deal now.

So I would maybe suggest just picking a race that you would like to play the most based on looks rather than class abilities, especially since you haven't picked your main class yet and with this game design you probably main several damage classes too as you tend to swap class a lot depending if the party needs a damage dealer or a healer etc.

  14. From what I remember this has something to do with Windows and the game.

If I remember correctly this has something to do with with having a Scale applied on Windows.

Settings -> System -> Scale and Layout (Try set this to 100%)

Failing that try looking into the patcher.exe, launcher and _launcher.exe DPI settings (right click the exe file and click properties, then click compatibility then check the change high DPI settings button)

I'm not certain these things will fix the issues but worth trying.

  15. 54 minutes ago, Nanami said:

I personally don't think that asking awakened server players for their opinion is relevant, there will always be a lot of bias because we don't play or haven't played classic since it's release.

No where in the post stated this was being asked of awakened players.

This was a general topic that anyone who is interested in this server, whether they play our classic server now, play our awaken server now or don't play any games on the network is welcome to put forward there opinion.

I will also point out that this was posted in the Eden Eternal [CLASSIC] section of the forum.

    Hey everyone!

Today I bring you a small teaser image of the currently in progress patch!

I want to apologize for the time this patch has taken as it has been a very slow start to the year and this patch has had some minor set backs during its development.

We have some very big plans and we hope that we have made something special.

My goal for the patch is to be released before the end of March so from now until its release I will be updating this post with a preview image each maintenance!

I thank you all for your patience and I hope you are enjoying the game!
