That's exactly my point of not seeing a reason to make them tradable.

There are tradable Safeguards in game already. You can buy them from VGN in-game shop. I don't see the reason making the one from battlegrounds tradable.

As for your request to open this server, GMs have said it that they won't open another game for now but they will always hear your suggestions and when the time comes for another game they will look into them.

Other thing i could think as Jordan mentioned about probability of corrupted file is to re-install your winrar to the latest version and then re-download the game. Usually reason for corrupted files is winrar.
