why the last boss in the event dungeon dropped fashion cant trade or mail

fashion dropped of  event dungeon boss,but it can`t trade or mail.its bug or system setting?

Same here , dropped Sailor Schoolgirl (PU) with my medic . Drop rate of this is so rare (less than 1% i believe + 1/7 chance to get ur class) , costumes must be tradable imho, or at least shared with your account characters..

Custom is open, that's why it's not marketable

Only when it is with the lock can the costume be traded

If the boss drops open, maybe it is a mistake or they did it on purpose so that it is not tradable

Dropped an unlocked costume, too. Cant imagine this is intentional, so i guess it‘s a bug.
