Not necessarily. DE was among the more overlooked classes in the discussions throughout this forum and in game pre-patch. Also among the least played. Many of the changes were in response to the comments on the forums, so I'd like to believe. DE just didn't come up nearly as frequently until recently.

Well, based on observation, a DE without damage is a near useless class. Ones I've seen in the past that went full tank were just that, moving meat shields. They also have minimal to no crowd control. That leaves them gaining more damage to be useful again, more crowd control capability, or back to the dark ages of being a moving meat shield to be ignored. Perhaps her damage is too high, but there is a need for it to be high enough to be a threat on the field if she's to not have crowd control as a melee class. Aggro doesn't do squat in pvp.

This I definitely agree if using a PvP skill build. Not completely sure if you're using a full Damage WH. DE might be a good PvE class now

Archeron for the potential of getting Uni costumes outside of BGs. Drasilmarsh Hard Mode for Crafting Accessories. The Kappa armor/weapon Pieces should be easy to get elsewhere by looting Amara Bosses. I'd do the DM hard Mode on the side while bosses are down and as a fall back in the event you don't get the items you need from drops.

You don't put point in mech skills. That's decided on the mech you own. Health Mastery is pointless on SW as she's a really squishy class with high damage output. The only passives people tend to invest in, as SW, are Damage or Concealment.

Use Void Slash to Shadow Strike in group PvP while the opponent is not moving around all that much. That's hard to do, without making yourself more vulnerable, reliably when the opponent is moving around and in fewer numbers. One of the most common entrances of a rotation is secret charge to either Twilight Explosion or Deathblow Also Void Slash is not accessible until Lv 40s.

Post what you have so the other SW players can look. Max Slaughter, Miss Misery, and Escape Artist for starters.

By the way, what's that icon between the Wireless and the Battery on that screenshot you posted? Same question between "ENG" and the sound control? What is ENG anyways?

What about factory resetting your router, enabling QoS, giving PC max bandwidth, manually setting the TCP and UDP ports for SB and giving it highest priority?

Except SB Lore-wise, I recall the original Aeria descriptions mentioning women having better compatibility with the Arkana enhancements than men. At least initially. I suppose the lore-argument is that more study was needed for the enhancements to be as effective for men compare to their female counterparts. I suppose CB would be at the state where his minimum program requirements have been fulfilled to be deployable to the field. This is sort of a reminder of "Claymore".

Are you running it as Administrator? What is your DHCP Lease time? Have you tried a different DNS address such as Google's https://tunecomp.net/google-dns-8-8-8-8/

Try deleting the "xmag.xem" file from your Xigncode folder and then run SB. See it that does anything. Flush your DNS before doing so. Have you also tried changing your DNS?

This may be a stretch, but if you go to the Local Area Connection Icon in Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Connections and right click Local Area Connection. Click configure and go to Power Management. Uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". If you're using wireless, try the ethernet cable route instead. Try using Leatrix Latency Fix too, if you haven't already. Also be sure you have nothing else that consumes bandwidth running in the background. You could check for that if you go to Task Manager. If you're using WIndows 10, there should be a tab that monitors network activity. If you're using Windows 10, be sure OneDrive is deactivated. This is notorious for consuming download and upload to levels that you'd get Disconnected frequently

Think the first reason was among those that allowed Accessories became droppable in the first place. I'd agree to this on the grounds that they cannot be deleted from inventory and they end up taking up space.

Why make the font so damn big?
