Do we know if that is true for sure. I ask because Asmos (in Viledon) gives a speed debuff of -250 which implies that you could exceed the 200 speed barrier.

I am able to get my speed to 211 with my L39 ME, in Turnpike with those speed ramp. Base Speed (60) +12 delta uni shoes (22) + Max speed passive (7) + Speed L1 chip (5) + uni cyberskin (5) + Nexus Buff (7) + Vine Sap (5) and then the 100 speed boost from the ramp. You could even cheat a bit and get on bike, put bike booster on, get off bike and still be boosted, so 221 then Too bad L30s people cannot get Nerve Vial drops from Soccer.

I would say that Damage passive for PU is needed if you are going CH build. Otherwise, yes, it is pretty useless as it does NOT stack with anything other than your base damage. That goes for MEs using Veil of Offence. Those skill points could be put to much better use elsewhere.

Those quests are an hourly occurrence, rotating between attack and defending a specified area in Ellis. If it is attack, a portal will appear in the middle of Ellis base to take you near the area of the opposing faction. If it is defense, you go to the appointed area and defend until the time runs out. It is a 10min long repeatable quest, so you can do it all 24 times per day. Airfield is near the entrance to The Acheron dungeon. Institute, referred to as bio or bio lab, is on the bottom right corner of the map. Battalion, simply referred to as tanks, is directly outside base on the north entrance and Arsenal Defense is the on the left hand side of map just below the middle. The rewards are Novelty Items, used for crafting, and a mystery box that hold a chance to get an Ancient Spanner or Ancient jewels.

So after you've purchased your PCG points to your account and you've purchased Mystery Boxes through the web based shop, how do you claim them?! First, you should be on the Myster Box section of the website, then you click on View My Purchase History, as shown below! The on that screen, you have the option to send individual items to in-game or you can select Send Top 25 Items, as shown below. Then you can access them in game!
