Hi everyone! Just two or three days ago I decided to play the game again, was disappointed that it had been shut down, but then was lucky to stumble upon Vendetta. It's been several years since I've played the game, back then on the official servers. I always loved it, but the crowd was not to my liking so I quit after about a year. I hope to find some nice people here to team up with! I'm looking for open- and mature-minded people (sorry muricans!! ;D) who have a great sense of humor that doesn't rely on insults or profanity, but instead of wit, and who know how to hold a conversation. I like playing as healer or whipper equally much, but given that I just started I am very low level. It'd be great if there are any people on new characters who'd want to hand out! I got characters on both sides and I have discord as well. Drop a line if you wanna hand out and/or team up!

Just a heads up that some of the newer versions of AMD Drivers/Software may cause problems when using DirectX 9 games. Since all games here use DX9, just something to keep in mind if you come across some weird problems. Hello VGN. A few days ago I choose to come back to SB, but not so hardcore before like my times on the West Servers of Aeria Games. It feels a little big nostalgic to start this game again. I'm new in VGN and I hope to get to know some people of this community to share some game and class experience. Also I want also support a faction with my skills and experience. And I will also do pvp and hope to find strong enemies to learn of them and get better. I was a strong CB-Player at the german servers and after the merge of the west-servers. Maybe a few players out there still knows me.

I will be hosting a weekly Word Scramble event. It will be held on Sunday @ 5am SERVER TIME (which for easy conversion for you NA people, is 11pm CST on Saturday evening). It will consist of 10 questions. Each question is worth 1 event point. You can only win ONCE per person (not toon, or account, or whatever, YOU only get 1 point). A GM will be confirming winners after event in case of any sneaky business. After the 10 questions, I will have a bonus question that is worth THREE event points. That will be open to ANYONE, including people who had already won a point in the 10 questions. Answers must be all of the following: in Shout only and both correct spelling and spacing. The first one who answers correctly wins. Each week I will have a different topic. Hi VGN and fellow gamers...I was initially dejected when things took a turn for the worse in Scarlet Blade's community in 2013 and gave up the game since then, however a million thanks to VGN for reviving SB and I feel slightly regretful for missing out on the server online date last year. But still better late than never!

If you come across someone that you believe to be hacking/cheating/exploiting/botting, please do one of the following things immediately; 1. Take a screenshot (if applicable to what's happening), then upload that Imgur/photobucket/somewhere else or 2. Take a video. there are MANY free video recorders (FRAPS, Nvidia Experience App has built-in recorder press Alt-F9, BandiCam, etc). Make sure you choose a high enough quality to show names clearly. Then post it on YouTube. Once you've done that, you must submit a ticket, with appropriate evidence links -> http://www.vendettagn.com/support.vgn If you submit a ticket, without proof, nothing can be done. If you see something that is happening repeatedly, take another video/SS and submit new ticket. Tickets will get answered in order, so please be patient! Hail, Longtime MMO~Online~Player~Developer. Saw some videos, think VGN looks TST. SB looks drool, will be on to checkout the game-play. How is the community? Does everyone power level or grief you if you go with a personal build instead of "best" build?

Hi All, Can't tell you how happy i am to actually find this site. I mean... Wow... this place exist! I probably have my hopes up and all but you know what... I want to hope. About a year ago, I quit Aeria games because of their not-so-good habits and track record with players and how they were treating SB. I bounce around a bit.. played Tera, Arch Age, World of War craft etc etc... but nothing felt the same you know? It was Just today i was reminiscing about Good ole times and i thought maybe things had change. So, i went searching.. and the game was gone. So then i searched some more an about and hour later, found this place. So here i am actively downloading Scarlet blade as i type this. Back when i was playing, i was A Free knight Shadow walker and one of top three to boot! There was Saiyuri and Moonlight, Also amazing SW and Michiko our Terrifying Guild leader. Cant say i liked guild meetings... but i did enjoy roaming PVP zones with my guildies. We didn't always win, In fact more often than not, it was an uphill battle against Royal guards for some among them were hardcore Wallet warriors. It felt more like an Underdog story in my head. Four shadow walkers roaming the lands, who was led by a punisher madly in love with a defender. Their relationship was fragile at best for said defender guided the fate o the Free knights against the royal guards and he had no time for love. Our Fearless leader could not stand the knowledge that her love, Bannanahands, was besides himself shouldering the weight of this responsibility alone. She could not stand to be sent away... And so, Her most loyal members were given orders to camp various points of interest, and hold it in the name of our guild. Our one mission was to find all the Unique pieces so that we may be of service in the coming war. But alas... we were free knights. Cut off from Mother and with less than adequate gear. Our Arkanas suffer the harsh grindings just to make ends meet so that our mission would see completion. The trials was so harsh, at one point a medic Decided to drop her healing gear and pick up a gun just so that she might add to our attack strength. This was DPSmedic; The only medic i know who could 1v4 Royal guards and walk away leaving fallen corpses in his wake. But... As under geared as we were, shadow walkers one task was to assassinate anyone who tried infiltrating our ranks.... and boy did we try! Dying in spectacular fashion... we did what we could and in time was rewarded accordingly. However... i never got to see if our struggle bore fruit for Disconnected from my Arkana after putting her to rest until the day i should return. It Was Fun. It really was. Now... I have returned. I shall blow away the dust of her Cryo chamber and breath life into her once more. Ceraz. Initialize.

Rank Points(RP) You might be asking why would I daily cap 50,000 rank points. This guide will try to convince you why you should be capping daily, where you can cap and all ranks and how much rank points you need First of all you can get rank points in three ways. The first is killing other players of the opposite faction, players drop Rank poins appropriate to there ranks(so how higher the rank the more you get)the second way is killing rank point mobs located in Viledon or nemesis or ellis(red is for fk yellow for rg) the final way is by farming rank point chips(see image) and selling those. Memory chips drop in all disputed and pvp zones. Now why should you cap daily. First of all so you can show off that you have a certain rank, there are ranks that show up if you enter a zone I.E Spiritwalker (example to come soon) Second it can get you some nifty RP only items like earings and ultimates and mother miracles or a mayor mech etc. As final benefit it can also get you some more hp(max 2.5k hp at the last rank). In the following table I will place the total ammount of rank points needed to rank up for each rank and how many days it would take and your total accumulated RP, after the end of the day. Also numbers are rounded up just for comfort. Btw ther eis some problem with how rp counts so somehow the total rp is bugged out, also i rounded up the numbers just to make it easier. So that wonderful Character screen (Shortcut of C), what do all those wonderful numbers mean?! Hopefully this guide will help all you people make sense of all the math (is that like a 4 letter swear word?!) involved in SB. Atk - Your standard damage Acc - chance to hit Def - You defense score Void - Damage Reduction Eva - Your "dodge" chance Spd - How fast you move Crit-Rate - your change for critical damage Crit-Atk - the damage caused by a successful crit Crit-Void - damage reduction for crit-atk Crit-eva - Dodge for a crit-rate CH-acc - chance to hit a chakra based attack Ch-Atk - your attack damage for chakra based damage Ch-Eva - Evasion of a chakra attack CH-Re - Damage reduction against a chakra attack Def Pierce - The ability to reduce your targets Def score Void Pierce - The ability to reduce targets Void score CH Pierce - The ability to reduce your targets ChRe score DoT reduction - reducing the time of a Damage over Time attack PVP Attack - a bonus % score to your atk score for PVP damage only PVP Void - Void bonus against PVP based attacks PVP Def - Def bonus against PVP attack PVP Spec-ATK - something that hasn't been implemented in game, so Ignore! So most all these scores (except atk, ch-atk, speed and Def) are actually % amounts, shown in a number score. Every 100 points is 1%. The math of SB is very simple, once explained. Here is how it breaks down. Acc % - Eva Score = your true % to hit someone. Example if I have an Acc of 125% and I am attacking someone with an Eva score of 5000 that means that my real chance to hit is 75%. So acc 125% - Eva 5000 (or 50%) = 75%. Easy, right? Ch-Acc - Ch-Eva = % of a ch-atk landing Crit-rate - Crit-Eva = % chance of crit-atk landing So what happens when an attack has both a normal attack AND a ch-atk. Well, they are treated two different attacks. That means that (using WH Hook attack as an example) the "pull" portion of the attack is based on Acc and the ch-atk portion of the attack is based on ch-acc. You can "miss" the pull, but still hit the Ch-atk damage, depending on your Acc/ch-acc % score, or visa versa. Ch-Acc % also effects things like Stun/Disable/Immobilize and can be avoided with the ch-Eva stat. So now you've hit someone, how much damage do you do?! Keep in mind that Atk, Ch-Atk and Crit-Atk damage are all treat as seperate attacks when calculating damage Atk score + Skill atk Score - Void (damage reduction %) - Def = Real amount of damage Ch-Atk + Ch-Atk skill score - CH-Re (CH-Atk damage reduction %) = real amount of Ch-Atk damage Crit-Atk - Crit-Void (crit-atk damage reduction) = real crit-atk damage The Def-Pierce/Ch-Pierce/Void Pierce/DoT reduction scores are applied to gears starting at L40. People at lower levels can get those scores, if you have Ancient jewels applied on your gears. The example would be: Atk - (Void - Void Pierce %) - (Def - Def Pierce %) = Attack damage. The PVP Void and PVP Def scores only apply to the normal Atk damage and do NOT apply to crit-atk or ch-atk Hopefully that makes some sense to the math of SB!

Choose the side you wish to fight on. Both factions are similar and only have minor differences. After picking your faction, you'll be able to pick 1 of 7 classes. Defender- Sword/Blade based class Female Shadow Walker- Claw based class Female Punisher- Rifle/Gun based class (Ranged)-Female Medic- Cannon based class (Ranged) -Female Sentinel- Dual Gun based class (Ranged)-Female Whipper- Whip based Class (Ranged and Close Combat)-Female Cyberblade- Sword/Blade based Class -Male Each class has their own unique forms of creation (i.e hair, facial expression, etc). Body part sizes/skin colors at this time cannot be changed. The classes listed above are their above gender and cannot be changed.
