Open up task manager and show us what you have running in the background.  Plus, if you haven't already, be sure you've done everything on these posts.

Kinda often the same problem when i Log first time, i restart my PC and verify Files then it works but Like norleas said Post what ur Taskmanager running ..  😬

What map are you on, what character are you on, and any additional details you can give would also help solve what may be going on.
