I mean generally its on a case by case basis so a good way to judge is if you think it's wrong then it probebly is wrong. The main no no is if it effects other players experiance of the game in a negative way. As for you your questions... It'sn fine to run dungeons as much as you like with alts and trials, people might frown upon you for using an alt in a trial that is harder than normal but there is no reason to not allow it. Arena is typically not good idea as it can effect other players who are also in the arena. Although if a queue is inactive I'm sure people would rather have an alt or two inside than not have the queue activate. Not sure why you'd ever worry about storage chars, alot of people have them. Same with selling alts. Daily Login Rewards are locked to accounts for the most part as its designed to counter this very problem (mostly)

I play on Classic but I agree with doing this. A lot of my friends have been playing again and farming armor boxes can be such a hassle. A few have gone through 5+ now and still haven't gotten what they want. Higher rates would make legion hunting much nicer. It isn't like that kind of content is fulfilling or fun, its tedious so there's no harm in upping them. It'll also let players get onto doing more challenging and fun content rather than chores. This kind of viewpoint is really selfish and pointless.. if you already have your armors then an increased rate has absolutely no affect on you anyway. Old players shouldn't be bitter or frustrated over a buff this insignificant, but rather happy that it helps newer players get further into the game without dealing with the frustration they felt.

I will answer simply as a player and not as a staff, I am totally against this idea, we are a LOT to have farmed our Boxes, and it would just be frustrating for us old players to see that the Boxes are easier to get. I understand that it can be long, but it is part of the game, we can't make all the games easy, some things have to be a little difficult/long to achieve. 😀
