After you log-out from game, I noticed the official launcer did not work any more. I have an alternative launcher in my vendetta folder called _SBLauncer.exe , with the _ before name. I don't remember where and when I downloaded it, but it usually works after a crash or log out. The normal launcer will work again just after you turn off and turn on your PC.

Ahaha don't worry, it's pretty normal in low levels you don't meet people. I suggest to join a guild, so you start to know someone.

That quests sounds an event quest. If you left the game during an event (halloween or christmas), probably you can't complete it any more.

First, look if you have a quest to get the reset skill chip. Then you can put all your skills again. For teleports, you need to send a ticket, they will mail you one. Game introduced also Mereholt, barbirion and Agoge warps, so look if you have the quests for them (in Idel NPC in Enocia), if no, ask them in the ticket too. If you don't see the quest for reset skill, I think admins will give you one also.

From the old patch I saw 3 of those datachips dropped, in Titan and Helios (Viledon). Today we killed Titan again but no datachip, sadly. I think they are a great boost for beginners.

It's an old bug, it seems admins can't solve it. Deleted names will stay in game's memory forever.

Sure you should make something that drops materials to craft pet chips L2, cause above level 65 Drasilmarsh Hard Mode does not drop any more.

I think Scarlet Blade is just in English. There is a voice pack to korean somewhere, but it's just for voice, emotes and dialogues.
