It's not supposed to appear in mail. In the inventory window, there is an AP tab. You should find it in an AP item claim popup once you go to that tab. It should be there

0xE0191009 Error can happen when there are issues with Xigncode itself, assuming several people are running into that problem. I forgot the terminology Vivi used, but that'll resolve itself on Xigncode's end. If you're among the few or only one, then consider putting the "xm" application in the Xigncode folder into Firewall's "Allow Program Through Firewall" list and anti-virus exceptions list. If anything place anything and everything related to Xigncode into the exceptions lists if you can. Be sure to have compatibility of the "xm" application set to Windows 7 or XP and have it set to run as Administrator. Flushing the DNS might help. Also changing your DNS server might help as well. Primary: 8.8.8.8 Alternate: 8.8.4.4 I've used these and sometimes it helps. Hope these work for you.

Display your quest menu. Please show all in progress Main and Side quests. Also display all completed quests.

Look for NPCs that have Exclamation Points over their heads. Sounds like you may have missed some quests. Ran into something similar before from another player in a similar situation. This is another reason I discourage power leveling. Especially for newer players.

Well, behind the girl there is a transport. And at the entrance of Archeron, you're standing in front of the transport as well. The dungeon appears to be floating high in the sky, so yeah.

Where would you put the thing? Archeron required a shuttle of the sort to get there.

Bolded what I liked. The low player base in the nemesis tier is contributing to the slow EXP as it's also difficult to get in Soccer Pitch for EXP as well. THe funny thing is that the RP Mobs in Nemesis give more EXP than most monsters on that map.
