  1. The possibility to add another step to this besides the racial (Farming an item you need to fuse on arcane box before using the enchanted stone) is there to make sure you can balance it well. You can have it as a low percentage drop from bosses, or as daily quest that gives you a limited ammount of the supposed item. TBH I just didn't wanted to add this direct to the suggesion but instead adding just as a possibility of doing it, because I was afraid people was going to complain about having to farm the stone and then farming to be able to use after enchanted. But the idea is to add value to the stone by grinding a bit more so you need to grind less gold (As you would be using less stones) but still needs to grind the item so you could use the stone. Making it less frustrating than 10% stones because would fail less, but not making +10 easily like in Awkaen or anything like that.

  3. To create a Zumi Lv65 racial to make Premium Viridian, Ultramarine and Coral Lucky Safety Stone. It adds 10% more bonus chance of success rate. Requirements to enchant: 4 Sparks Boards (Item used to make Premium Normal and Lucky Safety Stone) 4 Treasure Hunt Gem The Stone to be enchanted. Balance: Remove % Bonus for failing a fortification when this enchanted stone is used. Removing the % bonus for failing is only a fair thing to do since we will be adding a significantly increased success rate with the enchanted stones. If it is not possible to disable the bonus only when enchanted stone is used, remove it for any stones. Adding human racial into it creates a possible income for F2P players by selling the gems for Zumi’s to enchant stones. Anurans would also benefit since they make the base item to create Spark Boards and the Treasure Gem. I did not include Halfkins and Ursuns to this racial crafting because their racials aren't like Humans who need to first craft a gem before enchanting, and they are already more profitable than the Anuran racials. I feel like right now there are a lot of people happy with the server as it is. However, there are enough unhappy players that it’s clear something needs to change. I won’t say the server is burning or about to die because that would be an extreme exaggeration. Anyone can login and see that even though there are a lot of people complaining, server activity is maintaining, and most people excited about trial release next maintenance. Most people that are unhappy, complains about the "pay2win" situation. I agree 50% with players and 50% with Jordan. The game isn't pay2win. But it is hard to progress and takes a lot of time. There is the need to grind like any other MMO and we shouldn't remove the grind. People with money get advantage, and can make the grind easier, but those are the players who pay for the server to be up. We need these people, and they need it to be worth the money invested. There is a significant gap between F2P and VGN spenders that we need to make smaller. I'm seeing a lot of suggestions that are based on benefit to F2P players without considering the need for the VGN buyers to continue to support the server. Suggestions like feeding F2P with stones in ways that require very little effort to fortify their gear and I'm 100% against those suggestions. I'm also seeing a lot of suggestions to add tiered spender events to give rewards to spenders due to complaints about how expensive and unrewarding it is to buy and spend VGN currently. I don't want to attack anyone’s suggestions here, but these do not provide any long-term benefits. One tends to help F2P players leaving VGN spenders unhappy and vice versa. Giving people a way to farm "free" stones to fortify their gear is good, but that won’t solve anything for the VGN buyers who already feel that it’s not worth investing in. Regardless of the reason they choose to spend, they are providing necessary support to the server by spending. So, neither of these suggestions really offer solution that approaches every point of view. I don't want to go into a discussion of +10 being necessary or not. I am just trying to offer a potential solution for the fortification issue in general. This is a suggestion that will still require the need to grind for gold and items to fortify from +3 to +10. I believe this suggestion, that still has room for improvement, provides a solution for both types of players. F2P would still need to farm for the stones, and then farm to make it premium or to pay someone to enchant it for them. But it diminishes the frustration of farming a whole day to buy like 4-5 stones and seeing everything fail. Of course, with 20% some will still fail, but it has a much better balance. I do believe F2P need to stop complaining about some stuff and start grinding more though. This is a suggestion to address requests to make fortification more affordable but does not eliminate the need to farm for it. Potentially, you could also add an item that you should fuse with the enchanted stone before using it. Something that would be dropped by normal dungeon bosses or obtainable by a quest that can be finished in normal dungeons. But only if you feel like adding 10% to a stone deserves a bit more grind than just some racial crafting items and the gold for the stone itself. I believe that this isn't necessary, but there is still space for it. I’d like to point out that I know that it’s not an easy thing to implement. There are some risks and calculations to be made. But if approved, it should come to the server ASAP. Preferably before people start fortifying a lot of gear. To avoid the complaints that gear upgrades were made before the change, an announcement could be made telling people that the change is coming soon or simply disabling stones until the change is made. I hope I have expressed myself well. I know everyone is tired of the stones subject, but even Bash said he agrees that some changes need to be made and I believe he was talking about this (Correct me if I'm wrong, please). I just feel like everyone needs to give in a little bit in this situation. I know Jordan says people need to grind more. But grinding doesn’t feel rewarding right now and that's why people are less willing to grind. I know F2P and even some VGN spenders are saying that all Bash/Jordan want is money. But they have a server to run. They need to consider both the donations needed to keep the server running and content that promotes server longevity. They are right not to consider some demands of adding more "free stones" to the game. Let’s discuss solutions that can make grinding feel more rewarding while still satisfying the spenders needed to support the server. I feel that's where we will find our desired solution.

  5. I'm sorry I'm kinda going off topic not discussing his suggestion. Not trying to attack anyone, but I'm just tired that every suggestions seems to be something like: Feed the server with 900000 stones for F2P to be happy leaving people with 0 reasons to buy VGN in classic. Or add 3000 rewards for cashers to have all items +10 easier and leave the F2P unhappy so they can quit and people will have 0 reasons to buy VGN in classic because its pointless to have a lot of +10 gears but no one to fight against. I'm also not point the OP suggestion to be going in any of those directions. I just went a bit off topic because everywhere is a new discussion about stones and Jordan already said its not possible to make his suggestions.
  6. I kinda understand what you say here, and it is truth. But we are not in the society, we are in a game where some stuff can be change to diminish the gap between those people. This gap NEEDS to exist, even if its for gearing faster or just for costumes. That's how a FreeToPlay MMO works. You either have people droping a lot of money for costumes or for gearing faster. We know that servers where people paid a lot just for costumes ended up with a kinda bad economy. So its actually good to have a server where people are paying more to grow than to be cute. But all I'm saying, and I'm trying to make suggestions is about making that "gap SMALLER" I do agree that some people are coming with crazy suggestions about it that will just feed the server with a lot of stones and defeat your idea to make progress slow for the sake of longevity. But I'd also like to hear your thoughts about some of those. Not just like "its possible or its not possible." One suggestion I'm been giving is about making the 10% stones to 20% or 15%. That would be possible like, to be done even with racial crafting like we have the +2% on Lucky and Normal stone. I'm only using this suggestion as example because I've given that like 2~3 times and I never got a answer like "I don't think that's good because of x or y" and when we hear why you don't think a suggestion is good we can think about how to make it better to make it a suggestion possible to work. I think at this point that we have a lot of people quite happy with the server and a lot of people unhappy, everyone has to give in a little bit. People need to accept that fortification will NEVER and should never be easy in this server. And GMS (I believe you guys are doing it) also accept that I can't be THAT hard. So I understand that reading forum and writting answers consumes a portion of your time you could be making actual changes, but in some subjects and suggestion is good to have you doing that because we can then addapt and look for new ways to improve something we want to be changed.
  7. I think everyone says game is pay2win becaise being realistic it consumes to much gold to get even 1 single +10 item right know. So you might say that its okay, a +10 weapon gives you a advantage over people who have +6 or something like that, that you don't need a +10 set, a +6 set with +8 chest or something similar is enough. And this isn't wrong. But that's sill a lot of farming just for 1 class. You can't really expect to have 3~4 classes geared like that if you are a F2P, what kinda defeats EE porpuse to play around several classes. Even when you use VGN to speed your progress, you need to think: Should I fortify and reset a set for Ranger or for Templar? You are most likely to be tempeted to gear a Light set since you will be able to use it for Engineer, Martial Arist and Ranger. So as much as we all understand that as GM you need to be concerned about logenvity, we also want you to understand our side, because we know you were a EE player too. In your free time, would you be able to build at least 3 classes you want to play, without feeling that people who are spending a lot of money to gear all classes aren't having a unfair advantage?
  8. He is right about that. Value is fixed in AP. F2P players would suffer having to buy EP from cashers in this case, because godl value isn't fixed. Its already increasing, so its not a good idea to make it more valuable so the price increases more.
  9. Let me just add to your argument: Besides fortifying items, you still need more money to craft your gears, to buy gems, to make legenday achievements, to buy a lot of shit you need.

  11. I will just say again: There is absolutely 0 reasons to protect market when you have a unhappy player base. You can argue "don't upgrade to +6 till awaken" "Upgrade only x parts, leave others +3/+6" "You can play with +6, idk why ya all want to +10 everything" I understand that Jordan wants people to slowly progress so the server doesn't end up with everyone bored quitting the game. But there is no point in doing it in a way you leave your player base so unhappy that people start quitting even before getting bored just because they wont even bother trying to gear a +10 class because its just 2expensive/2grindy.
  12. Long time, but rn we need to use a endless amount of stones to +10 pre awaken items that will be released next week To then reupgrade then when awakens are released.
  13. I'd like to add that I've seen Jordan talking about the 10% stones several times, I know that there is a reason he added 10% stones instead of halcyon or sublimes. I think it was a good idea at the start. Keep stones in market, don't allow people to +10 everything to fast so they have more time palying to grind, gives more longevity to the server, etc. But in the end, it didn't worked. Its making people who can affort stones hoard them. And people who can't spend that much in the server to get trustrated with they items +2/+4/+6. If you get your player base frustrated like some are right now, doesn't matter how much you tries to protect the market. People will see that market isn't only ecs but will still be frustrated with the game.
  14. TBH I know Jordan is tired about stones discussion. But I think the problem isn't just the players, or it not being on altar for 1 week, or antyhing. It's just the 10% stones. The rate is just so low, sometimes you need 30 stones to put something from +8 to +10. Obviously when you have a lot of money and you see people selling stones you will buy to save it for when you need. That's not even wrong, its just players collecting what they need duo to the success on fortification being so low. Update the 10% stones to 25 or 20% and you will see the stones market goiing better in 1 maint. And in this post people are only complaining about the suply, that never increases regardless if stones are on atlar or not, because 90% of people who are playing altar are saving the stones for theirselves. We could still discuss F2P situation. After farming a whole day to level all my classes to 65 I ended up getting 2.8k after running Century, Century T, Venin T, Sturmfrau, Skleros Ice Abbys. 2.8k with the insane amounnt of failure we have isn't enough even to fortifiry 1 item from +6 to +7 @Edit I farmed those dungeons twice, before and after reset.

  16. I understand why you are afraid of this, if you do the mats someone with like 5-10 level50 alts can get a decent ammount of ECs. So what about: Making EC from War Stones nom-tradable. And adding only War Stone Polymerizer to it? Its already a great help.
  17. Being honest, it wasnt a issue on cap 60 because most of us only did 1 set and just a few weapons. Now I expect people to do a lot more gear so i'd like to see it to be reduced or at least reduced on lower levels and increased at highers as sugested above. 😧
  18. Doesn't need to be exactly easy. Something like Micene1975 said would be nice. Lowering the EXP needed for 1-50 or 1-60 and increasing for 50-65 or 60-65 to compensate.
  19. I know that gear upgrade doesnt give much stats and isn't even a classic freature. But its cool to have, and rn it requires a lot of runs to make a piece of armor level 60. And its fine, it should take sometime, but I believe it need to be reduced at least by a bit since cap 65 is here and a lot of person pretends to play several classes and build different sets so it will be really annoying to have everything 65. I thinkig reducing a bit would be nice, without making it to easy.
  20. I'd like to see it to be toggleable like some skills are in awaken. Keep it like it is right now and add a toggleable skill that changes it to placeable pw. That will make everyone happy. Only time I openned my mouth to say that old PW was better I had a lot of people calling me dumb. And now I see people saying that they rather have the old. So since its not something that really changes much and its just a preference, I think making it that way is perfect to make everyone happy.

  23. Its not a good idea, as everyone else who disagree says its just removing the advantage of those who time the bosses so they can kill it repeadly till they get the trophy. I've seen people programing bots on discord to alert 5 minutes before a World Boss is spawning (obviously you have to add the time it was killed manually. I've seen people using alarm clock to farm, etc. Because when we time a world boss and no one else have the time, they have to either waits for us to stop farming or to camp a channel till they get the time. This is a important achievement, gives a nice HP boost specially for PVP, a freature to make it easier for people who doesn't timer is actually making harder for people who do, because now they will have to dispute with everyone else because they pressed M and saw when is the next spawn. I agree 100% with making some stuff less grind and/or easier because most people who play this game aren't kids/teenager anymore and have work to do before the fun. But in this case, when its removing advantage from someone who are putting his effort to farm, i'm 100% against it.

    Yeah that's nice. Gives the so desired class drop. Gives a nice incentive to farm gold. Gives a bit of help for those who are struggling to farm medals for sets. If you can make it, please I bet community will love.

    You mean on a dungeon we will only have Tank medals, then 1 boss wil drop Knight, other warrior and other Templar? Its good too.
