    Drop rates

    Just going to summerise a bit since I've answered these questions many times. Many people have advanced their weapons to 120% and many people have the weapons they where looking for. This proves that although the drop rates are a bit tought it doesn't mean they're unfair. What you need to remember is when the drop rates are high people get bored fast as they get all there weapons in a week maybe and extra week and then they're done and bored. I personally think they're fine and I don't think they should be changed. There is a reason people where asking me not to include class drops on this server. It's already at +200%. We do not need any more than this as adding more gold to the game does not make it easier for players to progress. More gold = More gold for people to haggle with, the more likely people are to out bid other players there for raising the price of all player sold items like Gold Gear, Primes and Stones. Idk why people never seem to understand this. Obviously it helps a bit with achievements but it only helps so much as again more gold = more chance of Stardust, Essence, Heartflames and 129 Eternal Coin's will rise. I have plans for this but I just haven't had the time to work on it yet. I have to work on Awaken server too and on my real life projects so althought I can allocate time to all 3 I cannot simply work on Eden Eternal Classic every week. Likely Daily Rewards may come with 65 Content. However, it may come earlier.
  2. There is a difference between using a +2 boss blue weapon and a +6/+4 gold weapon. Edit: Not saying there is anything wrong wiht PvPing with a +2 boss blue weapon either, its more the attitude said person had when questioned why.
  3. How can you compare the progress between a server with more content and thats been open for 5 years to one thats been open not event two months. This completely invalidates any point you have previously stated as quite honestly just shows how close minded you are being. If you have anything to suggest that is of any value to anyone then please do. Just I'm not going to bother responding to you while you're acting like this as it's just a waste of my time when your comparing the achievement points and bank of a server with 5 years of time and 60 levels of extra content. XD
  4. I do not like the upgrade % system and I didn't want to add it personally. I'd rather not have added it at all but it was a compromise on a heated topic because apparently people value having the best of the best only. There for I added a compromise that removed half the RNG factor but not removed it entirely, it also increased the overall time you can spend to improve your gear. So please do not claim I added something and wont add something I don't like as if it was up to me it would still be 120% and no class drops and I'd have an entire weeks worth of my life that I could have spent fixing things like 1HD casting animations or the name colours in PvP and such. Now thats out the way I'm just going to re-iterate what I said in my previous post. You do not need to explain to me how many weeks it takes in theory to do the 1-65 Cape achievements because I've done it twice when it was at the x4 value. I know exactly how long it takes and I started collection the War Stones after 75 Awaken's came out on the mainserver and finished it a couple months later (Also like I stated I didn't play in a guild that even made it to GvG every week and I also didn't go around buying Glory Gift Bags from players). I will now provide some tests from opening the Terriroty War chest 90 times to provide some actual figures so people can average them or take the lowest as a referance as quite honestly the x2 is just as common as the x1 and the x3 isn't really much harder to land either. Test 01: 214 War Stones Test 02: 190 War Stones (Also gained a Naughty Children's Magic Book decoration). Test 03: 176 War Stones (Also gained a Puppers on Parade and Carved Chair decoration) Test 04: 216 War Stones (Also gained a Spontaneous Encyclopedia decoration) Test 05: 214 War Stones (Also gained a Gumpetal Potted Plant and Tidy Encylopedia decoration). Test 06: 169 War Stones (Also gained a Naughty Children's Magic Book, Tidy Encylopedia and Gumpetal Potted Plant decoration) Test 07: 194 War Stones (Also gained a Carved Chair decoration). Test 08: 166 War Stones (Also gained a Naughty Children's Magic Book (x2) and Exquisite Model Ship decoration). Test 09: 171 War Stones (Also gained Spontaneous Encyclopedia and Knotblossom Potted Plant). Test 10: 202 War Stones (Also gained Knotblossom Potted Plant (x2) and Gumpetal Potted Plant). As you can see from the above results you're never going to get the bare minimum unless you're very unlucky. If you take the average of these results (191.2, lets say 191 for arguement's sake) you're going to take for 1-65 using your number of 2240 almost 12 week to complete the achievement without Glory Gift Bags. Which I'd say for a free and honestly one of the coolest mounts the game has to offer is a pretty fair amount of time, there is also the option to speed up the process of it by buying / winning from Glory Gift Bags by participating in GVG's. So honestly I just don't really see a problem in this. If we reduced it then what after 3 weeks you're already done and then what are you going to spend War Stones on?

  6. First off how can you be an ass and then follow up with a suggestion. Like that's anyway to get your point across, if anything it just makes me less likely to bother even thinking about what you suggested as clearly you're not a reasonable person and people who act like that are never happy so why bother trying to make them happy? That being said you cannot have classic PvP by just throwing free things at people as then how is the server going to pay for itself. Everything in life costs money, the server costs money. Stop throwing a tantrum because someone who donates 100's on the first week of a patch was able to +10 all there gear. You can easily farm the money to buy stones from others and I even know atleast 2 people who haven't donated anything who have several +10 gears. You need to spend a lot of gold because it's a new server, people who spend money on the game do not get gold from it, they have to farm it or exchange their items with people who have farmed it. Quite honestly the only thing you need is a +10 weapon. Many of the top players in the official server where PvPing on +6 gears and only having a +10 or +14 weapon (depending on the cap). So I'm not really sure why a select few players think they must have perfect gear with perfect forts or their world is going to expload, it's not. As for your "Solutions". If we're going to copy Aeria games like you claim we are then we must increase the price of Eden Crystals by about a 1000%. Since on our server you get around 200 Eden Crystals for $20 (It's a little more than 200, but rounded for arguements sake). Where as on Aeria back in the day you're looking at about 20-30 Eden Crystals for $20. Which is why 75% stones will not work. Also nobody has made a proper suggestion on a tier based rewards system, just some of you saying ADD TIER SPENDER and some people saying DONT ADD TIERED SPENDER. So if you actually want to formulate a proper suggestion then please do so thanks. Now just for referance for anyone who is an outsider, the ticket he's refering too was made about a week after the 60 cap came out and a certain group of players already had +10 gears (Most of the players being English speaking players, not all from the same guild). He claimed that they some how where cheating and it was unfair. I then checked the logs of all these players and quite simply these players had all donated quite a fair bit each so when explaining this to him (Obviously keeping the numbers private as thats none of his business) he has clearly taken this the wrong way. If people are smart about their money and save it and not waste it on pointless things then they too can have +10 gears. If I have to make a character and do this without donating to prove a point I will. I'm getting really tired of seeing people from your specific group call foul on everything we do. They even accused me of knowing about the dupe that had occured on the awaken server and claimed that because I was friends with the person that means I let it continue. Which is a funny joke really because why the hell would we bother opening a second server for this game if we where actively causing damage to it by letting people ruin the games in game economy which in turns stops income for the server. If you put as much thought in to playing as you do crying unfair and calling foul every moment you can maybe you'd have more progress on your character to not need to make posts such as these. But I guess thats asking too much right?
  7. This is somethign that will not happen. This was something that was originally in Classic Eden and something that wasn't even a problem that was only added to the game to make it easier (The decrease to 1/4th after the 100 cap was released). I can understand how this change benefited the Awaken server due to the level 90 achievements we added but this can be done without Glory Gift Bags as when I did it in the mainserver before the change, I was in a guild that maybe made it into Guild vs Guild 90% of the time. Just takes daily TW activity and if you feel like rushing it adding the Guild vs Guild activity and the dailys for arena. Before anyone claims the parry achievement is worth the trouble, at this level of play it just isn't that worth it. Take your time, stop trying to have everything done in a couple weeks.
  8. Sounds ok in terms of how reworks work. There is a number of things that Eden cant really do such as allowing you to cast the same spell on 2 different types of target and having 2 different effects. So things would have to be done like awakens where you choose healer form or damage form. However, that being said I just think this takes too much away from the classic experiance. It's one thing to throw a skill buff on a class or something where maybe x or y skill can remove and debuff or why on Shaman the Prevention becomes a self AoE or something (Like how the old 95 Awaken weapons worked before I reworked them). I just think reworking an entire class isn't the right approach. Once you start breaking into things like this it becomes a standard and everyone who has a class that isn't performing as well ends up getting added to the rework list. Then when other classes fall out of balance people expect you to start buffing and nerfing other classes and it becomes a never ending cycle of buffing nerfing and reworking. Normal classes are what they are and we wouldn't have been spammed for months upon months to make a classic server if they had enough problems to be needed to be reworked. Shaman can work right now perfectly fine in PvP it's just not optimial. It can heal higher than Cleric but it doesn't provide Grace of Wisdom for the glyph nore does it provide Purification Wind for the anti-debuffs. I'd also like to point out before anyone starts banging on about how it should have a similar passive to Cleric for Mace instead of Staff that as me and @Maggot where looking into for the past few weeks and I actually managed to confirm this weekend... Passives such as Cleric where it says something along the lines of "Cast Speed when equipped with a Mace" actually has the opposite effect of what it should do. We've ran the numbers several times and I've looked at the backend to get the exact formulas and it turns out that even though in game the numbers look fine. You will notice if you cast with a Sword and Shield vs Mace and Shield on Cleric you actually need around 10% more cast speed when using the Mace. This is because they've botched the formula and its having a sort of reverse effect. And before anyone says well why don't you fix that and everything will be fine, it's not something I'm planning to do at this moment as Cleric's have been fine for years and a chance like this could change the entire build paths people take in future patches. It's something that has to be taken very carefull as your talking about roughly a 30% increase in cast speed for all Clerics that has never been present in the game. I'd also like people to refrain from questioning this decision because once I've actually had time to think about it. I'll decided for whats best for not only the game but also to keep the Classic feeling in-tact, this doesn't mean I wont open a discussion or leave it broke for ever but theres a good chance it gets changed if it gets fixed and I feel it would be "too beneficial" to the Clerics to have such a passive when they've never had a working one ever.

It's not a good idea to lock it in a day in advance but I don't really see a problem of locking it in 30mins to maybe an hour after the final 3v3 closes (Whenever the last ranking update may be) as at that point their isn't really anything available in the game to change the standings as it is. The only negative this may have on the game is that people would be in recruitment lockdown a couple hours earlier than normal. So I'm leaving it up to you guys and this thread. If the majority say its fine or something they'd be interested in then sure we can make this change.

  11. I don't really think Templar would benefit at all from having an AOE healing skill. When I reworked the Paladin varient of Awaken Templar there had to be a lot of extra stuff added to the class to make it work but it was still heavily gated by its M-CRIT Rate. You would will also suffer in a G-Healing aspect so unlike when you heal yourself you don't have the G-Heal to heal other players.
  12. Like I've said in the past I do not want to add Honor Stars outside of 3v3 because we're going to add some updated Honor Star purchases to encourage people to continue doing arena. I would hope with the extra rules in place people would stop trolling in arena and stop afking or spamming alts and I believe its had some impact as I believe theres only been 2 tickets this week that I'm yet to get to compared to last weeks 15-20+. Although I agree with xCROv and SenorBernd that gear doesn't directly mean trolling. However, that being said someone who directly isn't trying is a bit of a questionable attitude if I say so myself. I personally I agree with making the medals themselves be more accessible outside of PvP rather than Honor Stars.

  14. The whole purpose for this system was because people where un-happy with the lack of class drops and the fact that the % system still existed. This system was added as a compromise. Armor was un-affected by this and only affected by the change of the % system. Although I'm not against it I'm just not sure if it's the right move at this time.
  15. Well as someone who plays Zumi's the problem with that skill is it gets canceled too easy and is pretty much useless in 95% of cases (the 5% being 3v3). So I think adding cooldown just makes the skill have pretty much 0 purpose other than out of combat healing in PvE.
  16. We do not release server figures. Both servers numberwise are good, Awaken lost about 5-10% of its player with the release of Classic and Classic brought a lot of old names back so you have a lot more players. However, the server is new so a lot of the Awaken server players are playing both together and eventually some will choose either or. We do try to make it possible for people to attend time based PvP events on both. But to give an answer to your question, Classic has more players in total. As for the scrolling banner, I'm not sure why we would need to remove it?

    You might have missed it as the quest first appears at level 69. Check the unaquired quests that should be locked somewhere towards the right side of the screen as a yellow (!). Make sure to uncheck the level requirement at the top of the window if you don't see it. As for peek hours, thats usually between 1~3pm ish till around 8~10pm ish.

    Yeh Japan is still semi close so I can see it being slightly better for you that ours would atleast. My advice for anyone during these times however is to just play at none peek times. If you're going to game it seems to be more effective to play at night since there would be less strain on your ISP. Thats what I do these days since my internet is almost un-usable in the middle of the day. So I just work all night and sleep in during the day to make sure I can work without disconnecting all the time.

    Maintenance should have no effect on your connection as we have not moved the server nore have we added anything that would create such issues. What I will say is I personally know someone who plays from the Philippines and since Covid-19 lockdown they have not been able to play international games at all on their home line (Which is a 100mbps fiber line). They can however playing using mobile load so it might be worth trying just try using your mobile data to see if that solves the problem. It must also be stated that our servers are hosted far from the Philippines where as CSGO is more likely to be local to the Philippines as Steam will connect you to servers in your local area rather than worldwide as the game is big enough for this. So you cannot really compare CSGO with Eden Eternal.

I hope you enjoy it and it's an effective solution to the problems with the percentage system and if you have any feedback I'd be glad to hear it! Updates Weapon Quality Improvement System We've updated the level entry requirement for Monster Battle Arena to level 55. Added some new mounts to the Archive. Thank you all!
  22. Welcome to the new Weapon Quality Improvement System! This system allows you to improve the quality of your weapons as mentioned in Patch v2 - Launch Update. This will allow players to improve their gear further over time and rely less on RNG to get to that magic number of 120% and more on farming and collecting to improve it. How does it work? This system works by taking weapons of exact type and using them as fodder in order to improve the quality of your current weapon. For example: I have a Silent Sleep Wand at 107% and I'm running a trial and I greed and get another Silent Sleep Wand at 104%. Rather than discarding the 104% I can break it into a Driver in order to increase my 107%. Please Note: You will not lose any forticiations or gems doing this process. This process is strictly an improvement system. Instructions / How to guide First you must get 2 of the same weapon, one that will be increased and one that will be used as fodder. Visit Aven and locate Weapon Quality Manager Joe who can be found at (X:251,Y:459). Purchase a Weapon Driver Forging Hammer from him. Use the Weapon Driver Forging Hammer on the fodder weapon. If you where successful you will now have a Weapon Specific Driver in your inventory, depending on the fodder weapon's quality depends on what grade of driver you get. Next simply use the driver on the weapon you want to improve and watch its percentage grow after use. Weapon Driver Forging Hammer Rates When used on a Weapon of 100%, 101% or 102% you will have an 80% chance to recieve a Bronze Weapon Specific Driver. When used on a Weapon of 103% or 104% you will have an 85% chance to recieve a Silver Weapon Specific Driver. When used on a Weapon of 105% or 106% you will have a 90% chance to recieve a Gold Weapon Specific Driver. When used on a Weapon of 107% or 108% you will have a 95% chance to recieve a Platinum Weapon Specific Driver. When used on a Weapon of 109% or above you will have an 100% chance to recieve a Diamond Weapon Specific Driver. Weapon Specific Driver Information Weapon Specific drivers as the name states are weapon specific. For example, if you use the Weapon Driver Forging Hammer on a Silent Sleep Wand 102% you will recieve a Bronze Silent Sleep Wand Driver. Weapon Specific drivers always have a 100% chance to increase your weapon by the lowest value it states. However, any values above the stated lowest has an increasingly lower chance to be granted. Here is a list of driver qualitys and their minimum and maximum values they can give. Bronze Weapon Specific Driver - 1% ~ 8%. Silver Weapon Specific Driver - 1% ~ 8%. Gold Weapon Specific Driver - 2% ~ 10%. Platinum Weapon Specific Driver - 2% ~ 10%. Diamond Weapon Specific Driver - 4% ~ 12%. Please note: Even though Bronze and Silver have the same minimum and maximum values because Silver is a higher quality driver it has a better chance at getting you a higher % value. The same applies for Gold and Platinum.
  23. I mean I can't tell if your serious or not to be quite honest. Yeh Mage can struggle a bit in 3v3 but thats because its a class much more focused on large scale PvP like Territory War and 10v10. Thats perfectly fine for it to be that way. As for Illusionist thats like an S Tier class in 3v3. Whats the counter play to Invis->KD->Ice? Just made better when the enemy team doesn't use knight so you can invis->sleep->KD->Ice. This doesn't mean I don't understand what you mean but to be quite honest PDPS players complain about the opposite thing you complain about. So its just opinion based on the class you play and what counter play the enemies use against you to win. Also idk how the arena size will change this as you're just giving more room for the pdps to spread out so your aoes are less likely to hit all the people at once.

It's not as easy as you think as the difference between Arena and Monster Battle Arena is a fundemental difference entirely and you'd have to remake some of the backend to follow the Arena system to do this with Monster Battle Arena. That being said I do plan to change this as I am getting tired of the reports but I think it will end up being a case where the level requirement is 50-55+ for Monster Battle Arena. Cause lets be honest as you said low levels can't really compete anyway so if they want to participate in Monster Battle Arena they should level up anyway.
  25. Idk I think at 1 it becomes a bit pointless. Thats like 2000 quests or something for 1 set, I think that would have a major negative reaction as you either have to make it useless and be asked what is the point which I some what agree on or you make it good enough and kill the incentive of the currency. I have a good example of this happening on the Awaken server so I'd rather just leave that matter how it is. As for the reps, I kinda agree with ted but I'm not sure what the solution would be. As if you make it specific it will flood, if you don't you will end up with a lot of people with medals they don't want being very angry. I'm not really sure what to suggest as a middle ground here hence why i'd appreciate some other ideas from the community so atleast if anything they can give me some ideas.
