  4. GS already have such rights. They cannot sit all day and police the game though, there are times when a lot of the team are asleep or doing their own thing outside of the network. We understand that this is a main issue though and the staff are working on ways to address this. Unfortunately when games are low in population they tend to inherit such behaviours. There is a lot of things we can do to help stop such activities but it won't ever be fully in the direction you hope it is.

  6. First I wanna point out some stuffs: https://imgur.com/4BoROAs This is a picture of FK jumping to RG side not only to loot and PVE, but also to jump like a complete idiot and feed their faction scores. Seriously? How stupid and low can people become? Why cant you just be normal? Why cant you just stick on 1 faction and be loyal? By leaving your faction just to loot in the other side you are making the numbers more imbalance just to satisfy your selfish goals. You always ruin people's experience and teamwork by causing drama, either by feeding flags, scores or just starting a chat fight. People on FK side who sticks and play only on that side gets their name dragged with all your bullshits, and also you are ruining their experience at the same time by causing more imbalance. People abusing systems that is not designed for that purpose: Sand and Akan sucking each others dick for easy RP, logging toons simultaenously on both sides to Monopolize BG drops, logging toon in the opposing side to give free kills to their faction or give flags, killing their own toons over and over for achievement and so on, these BS is so tiring. We should establish rules for this kinds of stuffs, by allowing the GS to kick people that jumps to either side just to loot or just or start causing unwanted dramas, Those people are not needed nor wanted they are just causing imbalances for a chance to get loots without any assurance, but more importantly causing drastic number imbalances than what should be. Isnt that enough reason to kick these kind of people, this is ruining experience for honest people on both side. Honest people are always the one that suffers while Selfish and greedy people always reap enormous rewards and getting away with their exploits. @Vivi, @Bash I know Im not the most polite person who post stuffs here, I may also be the first person who will criticize your works but you know, I really do care, we always wanted what's the best for the server.

  7. I really hope this x1 regular viridian in the altar is a bad joke or a one time blunder because i really fail to see how it is going to help the current situation. Lv 70 chisels are on the row above and regular safety stones x2 are available higher up, not mentionning the ULSS/CLSS x2 too. I know you're trying to make money off this thing but this "solution" won't work if the only stones we're going to get on lower rows are regular x1 stones, might aswell go for stones wipe right now if this is the best you can offer.

  9. You simply cant appeal to everyone.... I think its amazing that +6 your gear becomes easier now, as it should, it gives a ashot to everyone to have proper gear, and people will always complain and want the cheapest way possible to get everything +10 or everything they want, and just because they will complain about +8, its how it is, you cant have it all in a flash like some people do. And ive noticed specially since new altar and cap came out, people will try to rip off more gold from others simply because they have something people want and take advantage of that because of people's needs. JLike everyone said, its not something the GM's can control, its the community. Regardless of how easy or hard it is to get SS on altar, your bound to the price people sell them for. If they wanted to sell CLSS for 2k, and everyone did the same, then you could only buy it for that price, unless someone sold it for 800g, iIn the end, its the community that decides the value of the items in the game, and many take advantage of that fact to overprice some items. A good example is when you see people selling BP vs those giving BP away, the same type.

  12. this kind of thing has been the staple of SB since the aeria days, folks used to always switch for loot then, i can still name the main culprits. Its not a faction thing, its a player thing.

  13. @sicat If the game can only have more people with the mindset like you then the would game would probably be more enjoyable, but look around there isnt enough good people playing the ones abusing outnumbers them. @Bash Any methods will do fine as long as the problem would be addressed, I couldnt care less about the punishment as long people would not be allowed to use unnecessary methods to take advantage of other people.

  14. Not sure if this has been posted but finding the location of certain skill point quests such as the 48 one for nephilim occupied zone, in Nemesis V2 you can't auto travel and i've pretty much swarmed the entirety of the nephilim occupied zone on both rg and fk sides finding nothing even with my co leader, wondering where the location is and if anyone else has run into this issue after leveling fast and missing some of the skill point quests? Either or where is the location specifically?

  15. i've farmed those boxes, at least 50x each and only got 1 the entire time, the drop rate is very low or something. honestly i do agree for the crafting idea since it will make gaining them a lot easier and make it easier for free players to actually be able to use uni gears if they can't afford buying uni scanners in the ah after they bought the uni gears. considering a rare scanner cost 1 gold, you'd also have to take into the account that level 30+ all have unis, with that i'd create a new npc in barb that made it possible for players to be able to craft them as well as the areas above for 40-49, 50-59 and 60+. 2 Ancient relics sounds reasonable with 2 rare scanners at the price of 10g per uni scanner crafted as well as them being NT. If not this then a possible add to the drops for dungeons SF+ that give a decent % rate to recieve a NT scanner to go with the normal drop rate of a tradeable one that is still possible.

  17. To create a Zumi Lv65 racial to make Premium Viridian, Ultramarine and Coral Lucky Safety Stone. It adds 10% more bonus chance of success rate. Requirements to enchant: 4 Sparks Boards (Item used to make Premium Normal and Lucky Safety Stone) 4 Treasure Hunt Gem The Stone to be enchanted. Balance: Remove % Bonus for failing a fortification when this enchanted stone is used. Removing the % bonus for failing is only a fair thing to do since we will be adding a significantly increased success rate with the enchanted stones. If it is not possible to disable the bonus only when enchanted stone is used, remove it for any stones. Adding human racial into it creates a possible income for F2P players by selling the gems for Zumi’s to enchant stones. Anurans would also benefit since they make the base item to create Spark Boards and the Treasure Gem. I did not include Halfkins and Ursuns to this racial crafting because their racials aren't like Humans who need to first craft a gem before enchanting, and they are already more profitable than the Anuran racials. I feel like right now there are a lot of people happy with the server as it is. However, there are enough unhappy players that it’s clear something needs to change. I won’t say the server is burning or about to die because that would be an extreme exaggeration. Anyone can login and see that even though there are a lot of people complaining, server activity is maintaining, and most people excited about trial release next maintenance. Most people that are unhappy, complains about the "pay2win" situation. I agree 50% with players and 50% with Jordan. The game isn't pay2win. But it is hard to progress and takes a lot of time. There is the need to grind like any other MMO and we shouldn't remove the grind. People with money get advantage, and can make the grind easier, but those are the players who pay for the server to be up. We need these people, and they need it to be worth the money invested. There is a significant gap between F2P and VGN spenders that we need to make smaller. I'm seeing a lot of suggestions that are based on benefit to F2P players without considering the need for the VGN buyers to continue to support the server. Suggestions like feeding F2P with stones in ways that require very little effort to fortify their gear and I'm 100% against those suggestions. I'm also seeing a lot of suggestions to add tiered spender events to give rewards to spenders due to complaints about how expensive and unrewarding it is to buy and spend VGN currently. I don't want to attack anyone’s suggestions here, but these do not provide any long-term benefits. One tends to help F2P players leaving VGN spenders unhappy and vice versa. Giving people a way to farm "free" stones to fortify their gear is good, but that won’t solve anything for the VGN buyers who already feel that it’s not worth investing in. Regardless of the reason they choose to spend, they are providing necessary support to the server by spending. So, neither of these suggestions really offer solution that approaches every point of view. I don't want to go into a discussion of +10 being necessary or not. I am just trying to offer a potential solution for the fortification issue in general. This is a suggestion that will still require the need to grind for gold and items to fortify from +3 to +10. I believe this suggestion, that still has room for improvement, provides a solution for both types of players. F2P would still need to farm for the stones, and then farm to make it premium or to pay someone to enchant it for them. But it diminishes the frustration of farming a whole day to buy like 4-5 stones and seeing everything fail. Of course, with 20% some will still fail, but it has a much better balance. I do believe F2P need to stop complaining about some stuff and start grinding more though. This is a suggestion to address requests to make fortification more affordable but does not eliminate the need to farm for it. Potentially, you could also add an item that you should fuse with the enchanted stone before using it. Something that would be dropped by normal dungeon bosses or obtainable by a quest that can be finished in normal dungeons. But only if you feel like adding 10% to a stone deserves a bit more grind than just some racial crafting items and the gold for the stone itself. I believe that this isn't necessary, but there is still space for it. I’d like to point out that I know that it’s not an easy thing to implement. There are some risks and calculations to be made. But if approved, it should come to the server ASAP. Preferably before people start fortifying a lot of gear. To avoid the complaints that gear upgrades were made before the change, an announcement could be made telling people that the change is coming soon or simply disabling stones until the change is made. I hope I have expressed myself well. I know everyone is tired of the stones subject, but even Bash said he agrees that some changes need to be made and I believe he was talking about this (Correct me if I'm wrong, please). I just feel like everyone needs to give in a little bit in this situation. I know Jordan says people need to grind more. But grinding doesn’t feel rewarding right now and that's why people are less willing to grind. I know F2P and even some VGN spenders are saying that all Bash/Jordan want is money. But they have a server to run. They need to consider both the donations needed to keep the server running and content that promotes server longevity. They are right not to consider some demands of adding more "free stones" to the game. Let’s discuss solutions that can make grinding feel more rewarding while still satisfying the spenders needed to support the server. I feel that's where we will find our desired solution.

  18. I think the point you're missing is adding things to the cash shop doesn't make things harder it actually makes things easier. Because with this game most people spend their AP on Eden Crystals. So to compete with that you have to make it "better" or more cost effective. A lot of your arguements go towards this as being better for income for the server when simply it's not the case, as Eden Crystals are always the way to go as you can provide various different items that you can take when your bonus hits x2 making it more cost effective than buying from a cash shop along with adding a slight RNG to it so sometimes you win something and sometimes you lose something. You can also sell them in game for some quick money to put towards your achievements and such. While I don't doubt people would appreciate having a flat price for everything thats just not how the gaming world operates these days unless you have a subscription model or a huge player base as mentioned by Bash. I also don't see how putting Safety Stones in the cash shop makes it anymore fairer for free to play players. To be quite honest it's fair how it is now just certain people don't seem to grasp how to effectively gain gold without putting money into the game. They also have to balance it with the fact that achievements are expensive but are a one time purchase, so right now people have a lot to spend money on. But, give it a few more weeks and that will drastically change since everyones rushing their achievements down and everyones burning their gold on multiple angles. Why would you ever want to take away the convience of donating away from people? If someone dontates they deserve benefits for their donation as they're the ones keeping the machines turned on for free players to login and play the game without spending anything. This doesn't mean they get an advantage, not at all but do they get convience? Yeh ofcourse. So you tell me why I would want to donate if it doesn't save me from doing farming and it doesnt give me any advantage on time than it would if I was someone who didn't donate. This isn't a game like League of Legends where the amount of people who play is so large that some are bound to top up. Lemme bring up some points as I'm tired of this Pay2win rubish to be quite honest. Pay 2 win angle Idk how to say this but this game is very far from pay to win and I'll explain in comparrison to other games. Yes forting is expensive and yes realistically if you want to be able to gear multiple classes you might need to top up. However, can you sit in a map and grind gold for as many hours as you like? Yes you can simply go to Highlands and run around the back area by the Petra spawn to farm rings and such to make a lot of gold without suffering from dungeon caps. Can you also farm your daily dungeons to earn good gold? Yes you can. Now what makes a game pay2win? A pay2win game usually has boundries set by the game systems that can be bypassed by spending money. So a simple example of this would be the original Echo of Souls game hosted by Aeria games (Idk about Phoenix as I haven't tried that myself). You could enter a dungeon x amount of times a day/week. However, you could extend these entries by buying dungeon tickets that would allow you to enter past your dayily / weekly limits which in turn gives you more chance to get drops and gold. So this ultimately gives you an advantage that simply cannot be matched by farming in a map for a couple of hours. What else can make a game pay2win? Another thing that can make a game pay2win is being able to buy currency with your gold directly or having items that you buy directly with AP that are not able to be traded. This again is something many other games do such as X-Legends newer games like Laplace. This again gives the paying player advantages that can't simply be bartered with other players. So what are you all forgetting Everyone seems to be forgetting the simple fact that spending 1hour farming Alpaca Capsules (That you all seem to want to be buffed) is no different than farming dungeons for an hour or maps with good drop tables for an hour. Like IDK the price of a stone right now but I saw a ULSS is like 700g normally. So at most if I didn't mess up the altar the regular safety stone should 400g at maximum. So if it took you an hour to get 100 capsules and you wanted those Aeria FR/ES rates is it much different than grinding an hours worth of gold and then paying for the stones from another player? Not really, yeh you might get an extra piece or two depending on luck but in the end you're helping the economy of the game work as people who have spent money or gold on EC's can get a return on that and people who farmed can get the item they want. Closing thoughts This game isn't really pay2win at all. There isn't anything that hard work cannot earn you. There is games that I've played where the top donators will spend $500-$1000 per week. to get advantages over others. Games where if you're not atleast spending $50 a week you will lag behind everyone else and theoretically be behind for months on end until the paying players hit the characters maximum progressible state. This game doesn't even scratch the surface of pay2win.

  19. Thank you for the suggestions and comments. I think it's important to remember that we are allowed to counter people's comments or disagree with them. I did spend a while replying to each area then just deleted it as I can only imagine people will pick out the bad parts and focus on those as the basis of their arguments so I'll just be clear with what I am saying and I hope it doesn't offend anyone. ------------------------------ You've basically just asked us to take a marketing model from a completely different genre of game that has 1,000,000's of players playing over a game that even at it's prime never touched above 10,000 players on official. Your suggestion on vanity items being one time purchases is a good one, but it wouldn't work here unfortunately. The reason being is we only have x amount of players compared to y amount of players playing a MOBA game. Even 1% of y would be a huge amount of cash against x who might not even be enough to keep the lights on. The main issue I keep seeing is the refusal to play an MMORPG properly. Time is of the essence I am a busy man myself so I respect people being busy however, the people claiming time to be the problem have hours of daily login time recorded and when checking their logs to see what they're doing, they're sat rambling on for hours in peer chat or personal conversations doing nothing. This is your concern as a player, if you refuse to play then so be it but we cannot just adjust a whole game full of people playing to appease the lack of efforts from a specific group of players. Now I aint saying we are not discussing ideas to improve Safety Stones (if they're even a problem) but we do not act on impulse and just do, we have to analyze and assess the impacts of any changes thoroughly which takes time. You have to also remember that YOU as players are hoarding Safety Stones and refusing to market them in-game, I even found conversations of a specific group of players doing this on purpose to force our hand. As for your rankings suggestions, this isn't a participation medal kind of environment and never should be. This now seems like just another thread where a bunch of you have sat in Discord rambling on and someone has bit the bullet to assess the "state" of the server in yet another thread as if it's failing when it's doing fine. After Safety Stones are fixed I am sure another new discussion where players refuse to play the game because it "takes too long" so then it then results in yet another assessment of the "state of the server" as if it's failing. Now I am sure the next replies will be related to us not caring, you not donating or just clearly quitting. That is of your choice as is your response and actions but we have made it clear we are working on a solution you're just not going to be happy after that as well because clearly everyone just wants to login, be done in an hour and then come to the forums demanding something to do and discuss the "state of the server" yet again on that basis as well. In the end we cannot win and that's fine but we're doing what we believe is right and is exactly why we boast of a 11 year existence as a network.

  21. Now people feel someone's absence in TA... Karma for those of ya who held Jesse in derision. That aside, crafting it may sound good but what ya guys suggestin do not make it accessible for lower levels. Its funny that unique delta gears sell 10g while scanners sell 200g. Every newbie can buy a uni delta but not all can use em, sad. That said, my suggestion is to make those uni scanner drop in SF and all higher DGs.

  22. Actually, Iwas thinking along the lines of Rare Scanners + Ancient Relics or something. What I would to see happen is allowing some of the currently useless junk to be somewhat useful. That's just me. Maybe add epoxies into the mix, like you're suggesting, as well.
